Most Exotic Villa Keong Tabanan

We had an excellent stay at the three-bedroom villa. The house is better in reality. It is very spacious and comfortable, well furnished, and the pool area is really pleasant bordering rice fields. The property manager and staff are very helpful. The only minus is the beach, which is quite unusable due to rubbish. You can walk on the beach but you cannot really sun bath or swim. I would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Keong. Before our arrival we had contact with the villa manager Mr. Putu via what's app. At our request, the refrigerator was filled with soft drinks, beers, water and ice cubes upon arrival. A transfer was also arranged by Mr. Putu to and from the airport. Mr. Putu is a true host, very friendly and thinks along with you and gives very good tips and recommendations to discover the island and culture. Many thanks to Mr. Putu. The villa: in a word, beautiful! The villa is made entirely of wood and has 2 floors. Downstairs you have the living room with a bedroom (en suite bathroom) and open kitchen, equipped with all amenities. The decor? INSANELY beautiful, an eye for detail and all the woodwork throughout the villa are true works of art in themselves. Upstairs you have 2 more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, here too you will not be disappointed, it is so beautiful. The only downside is that the upstairs bedrooms do not have curtains everywhere, so you are wide awake at 6 am. We pointed this out, and they immediately came up with a solution by hanging sarongs in front of the uncovered windows. The beds are so comfortable, air conditioning works great and the bathroom has everything you need. From the shower you have a direct view of the rice fields... once again BEAUTIFUL! The garden: BREATHTAKING 1 on one side a palm tree oasis, where even a few oxen graze. On the other side the open rice fields, with direct access via a path to the beach. The garden is so attractively decorated, again with an eye for detail. You see beautiful butterflies, you hear and see many types of birds and we were visited every day by a squirrel. Lovely swimming pool with lovely sunbeds and a very nice house where you can eat and drink in the sun. Our breakfast was brought here every day, with delicious local fruit, pancakes, nasi goreng with fried egg, fresh smoothies... Everything was very well taken care of. We initially wanted to rent a car for our entire stay. Given the HISTERICAL traffic in Bali, decided not to do this. Mr. Putu arranged a private driver for us, he was available for us 10 hours a day and drove us everywhere we wanted to go. Costs: less than 50 euros per 10 hours! The driver Mr. Duta, was great, very sweet man, smiley and so friendly. Because the traffic in Bali is absolutely insane, we regularly spent more than 10 hours a day visiting the entire island, Mr. Duta never complained, of course we gave him a big tip. But most importantly, we felt super safe with him and would like to give him a huge compliment. Also the rest of the villa staff, super sweet and friendly. Now this text in short: Had an amazing stay at villa Keong, thanks to all employees for your good and friendly care. The beauty of this place will remain in my memory forever and I wouldn't have wanted to miss it, even though you are far from the touristy part (1 to 1.5 hours drive) but you get something very beautiful in return.
