The email correspondence in advance was smooth and the staff was very kind. The location was good and the room was clean. It was a shame that there was no hair dryer. The Wi-Fi was not stable and kept cutting out. It took 30 minutes for breakfast to be served, so we were late for the tour.

Except the location is great! The swimming pool is okay, but everything else is not so good! Breakfast is limited to one serving per person, so you won’t be full. The room is just a glass sliding door, no privacy at all...

Hotel is Good and Everything is Good but in some service hotel have no options.
For Indian People Breakfast is Worst.
They people have no feeling of customer As I have health issue and I stayed and checked out in one day. Instead of three days I stayed only one day due to health issue but Merudhani won't provided any refund for two days.

The location is excellent, close to the main street of Ubud. You can pass by the Water Palace and Museum all the way to the Udu Palace. The palace has performances every Sunday. If you want to experience the local customs, you can choose to travel on weekends.
