チェックイン後、荷解きをする前に大きな荷物だけ置いて外出をして戻ってきたらベットの上に大量の蟻が発生していました。
さすがインドネシアと思いながらも
夜も遅かったのでフロントにベットシーツを変えてほしいと伝えました。
フロントスタッフは新しいシーツに変更すると言ってくれたので待っていましたが1時間以上経っても来なかったので再度フロントに言いに行ったら12時を回るったので業務終了。
対応は明日になると言われました。
自分たちが最初に言った事を守らないことに苛立ちました。
これを使えと渡られたスプレーはどう見てもルームフレグランス。
殺虫剤ではなかった..
しかも翌朝トイレが流れない..
214号室は使わない方が良い。
滞在二日目部屋を変えてもらいなんとか問題なく過ごすことが出来ました。
部屋によって冷蔵庫があったりミネラルウォーターが用意されてたりと差があります。
運です。
良い点
近くにミニマートがあったり、レストランもそれなりにあるので立地は良い。
シャワーの水圧はかなり良いです。
後はサービスがもっと良くなることを願う..

The stay was amazing, the hotel itself was very nice, clean and overall great. Above all, the staff was amazing! The receptionist and the bartender/restaurant were very helpful and fun to talk with, they made the stay absolutely fantastic!

Lovwly staff and attentive. The hotel itself has been in maintenance mode sueing covid so needs some work ro bring it back to its original condition. Its nothing too bad and is definitely still comfortable

Clueless hotel. They didn't know I booked on *******, they gave me a room with no running water, then gave me a room with no towels in it. Really unprofessional and unprepared.

Stayed here for one night as my flight came in very late. Comfortable bed, good shower. Needed nothing else. Great location, transport arranged and a very late check in accommodated. Was a good place to go before heading out to East Bali and getting away from the town traffic.
