Not upto the mark. Carry your own multi plug for Indonesia there charging plugs are different. I asked the staff to lend me a plug for 1night to which they said they don’t have it please drop your phone to the reception for the entire night if you want to charge it. This is ridiculous to even ask.

I stayed one month and i could not relax because the cars were parking just closed to my room at the ground fllor day and night. Until 3 am. The bathrooms are not very clean. Water coming out from the tu es´. My bed was wet because of humidity,moldy One of my bag got moldy i to my suitcase I would´t tecommand to have a relaxing time I Felton in à business area not in a vacation area

In this hotel, everything is expensive I broke a glass, and was told to pay 100,000 per glass For those of you who have a minimum budget Don't do it

The hotel is in the form of a villa so it is recommended for those who bring private vehicles because the distance from the lobby to the hotel is quite... and there is no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage if you get a room on the 3rd floor But overall according to the price NB: please be careful with the sharp corners of the bed if you don't want your feet to be scratched like mine (in the photo)

Excellent stay, we would love to comeback next time. The staff are friendly, the food is good, the location is perfect not too far from the city. Easy to find restaurant & it’s just 20minutes away from beach. Will come again for our next trip 🙌🙌🙌

Dirty water, flush not working, full description and amenities not matching with description. No one took calls around 2am on reception charged 3. 5 usd just for one broken tea cup. Which was very old. Overall worst stay in the room.

The pool and spa was good. The room is very unsatisfactory. There was no proper lighting in the room, the geyser was not working in the beginning. Later when it worked only hot water was available, cold water tap does not run. We had very uncomfortable showers. The bathroom is full of flies and the tiles and the sink collect water. We asked hotel to clean room everyday for this reason. The balcony was full of mosquitoes which is why we could not open the door. The restaurant also doesn’t respond when we ask for plates, we had to go get them.

We have booked the hotel through my trip. As per the booking, for one kid, extra bed and breakfast was part of the booking. While checking in, the hotel forced me to pay extra for the above even though it was paid prior. Since it was already late evening and with family, I couldn't react much as with family and in a different country that to be around 7-8pm time, I don't have any choice to pay and do the check in. Already, I've escalated it to make my trip group. I've collected all the payment receipt by force as the person was reluctant to give me payment receipt. I would caution all Indian people, the staff tried to pass some derogatory remarks about all Indians. Please avoid this property to avoid a scam and an unpleasant experience during your vacation. It's a blunt to the hotel industry. Please avoid. If booking be ready to be scammed by this fraudulent property.

The resort is big however it is absolutely under maintained. The pool was dirty and their was no filters running in the pool. The customer service was pathetic. Had to call multiple times just to get a bottle of water. The fnb staffs were very rude and it was very difficult to explain anything to them. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO TO THIS PROPERTY EVER. A wholesome pathetic experience.
