Cool hotel! The staff was very attentive and helped with everything

In general, everything went well, but various unpleasant little things cropped up. It is clear that the hotel is a little tired, the walls are poorly renovated, the furniture is outdated For some reason we couldn’t sleep well here, although this was not the case in other hotels. When we checked in, there were no hand towels, we had to ask. We left a note for the staff not to throw away the flower petals - they did anyway. Breakfast is on the menu, there is no Swedish breakfast, some of the dishes are tasty, but some are not so good, the juice is diluted a little with water, fruit was taken a couple of times - not tasty. The staff is helpful, there are no questions for them. Convenient transfer to the center of Ubud three times a day. From 15 to 17 there is free tea with snacks - enough to have a snack before dinner. At the entrance there is a small pond with fish, you can ask for food and feed them. There are rice fields across the road, and a very convenient road to the artists' trail. The massage in the spa is not bad, the masseuses are handy, but in Canggu we had a better experience at jamu. On Wednesday and Friday mornings there was free yoga, the three of us with a trainer. The result is a good hotel for one time, but for the same money I would look for a better and fresher option, and you can look at the jungle for free or go to the jungle fish beach club (it’s next to the hotel)

When I went to Indonesia, I had 40,000 baht in my wallet. During the trip in Indonesia, I never took it out of my bag and never left it. I only put my wallet on the open suitcase when I stayed at this hotel and went to have dinner. After we finished, we found someone coming in. We went to clean up and I didn’t care. But after checking out the next day, when I went to the Thai customs, I found that my money was 800 baht less. I didn’t care at the time, thinking I had left it at home in China, but in the past few days, I I thought about it carefully and realized something was wrong. After asking my family to confirm, I thought it was stolen. I didn't confirm the wallet in time when I found someone entering the house. I don't recommend this hotel. I hope the store will supervise it.

The hotel has a beautiful and quiet environment, the rooms are large, the facilities are very good, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. The only drawback is that there are not many public facilities in the hotel, there are few restaurants and supermarkets around, and the breakfast is a bit single.

A great place for privacy, we booked a separate villa with a pool, everything was at the highest level, how we were met, complimented and responded to any request!

The restaurant is delicious! The design of the villas is beautiful, the scenery is beautiful, recommended!
