The one-bedroom villa I stayed in had a beautiful view of Ubud. However, the towels in the room were not clean and had some stains. When I checked in, no one helped me to carry my luggage to the lobby. Thanks to the driver for helping me move it. The overall stay experience was good.

The hotel staff are arrogant and look like the kind of weird people who curse and laugh. There's nothing to eat near this hotel. You have to take a taxi. Facilities: This is a hotel that has been open for less than five years. The rooms and hotel facilities look very old. It is obvious that the later maintenance work was not in place and it looks quite different from the photos.
Hygiene: What disappoints me the most is the hotel's hygiene. After checking in at nine o'clock that night, I was asked to wait in the lobby for the housekeeper to double check the room condition. I didn't expect to wait for a full 30 minutes. This situation is very rare. If you check in before the hotel regulations, It's understandable that we came early, but it was already evening when we checked in. Someone came and provided two welcome drinks, but no one cared about us anymore. We were attacked by bugs in the countryside of Ubud.
The most terrifying thing is that after checking in, I found an ant nest on the wall of the room. A group of ants were crawling around and even on the bed. After communicating with the housekeeper for another 30 minutes, I finally changed the room. The quilt cover of the new room had large blood stains and was already sweating. Smelly pillows require you to endure the smell of sewerage every night
Service: Inefficient and low. We stayed for 4 nights in total and the room was missing two towels after one night. I don’t understand the rule.

It was very nice and calm place in Ubud. The location was little far from the main street but it was ok cause there was free shuttle in hotel. Staffs in garcia were really nice and served us with passion while stying at hotel :)
