This was a great find on our Indonesia trip. It was hard to book hotels near Christmas Eve, but this hotel saved our lives, and it was great! Book it on time, and you will have an amazing time!
The hotel had great service thanks to all the staff, great food, and many options for breakfast. We didn't try dinner or lunch, but the menu seems nice, and they had live music too at night. In general, all the amenities were great; they have a great gym and nice pool areas. The location is not great, but it is near a harbor. That said, near the harbor, you can find amazing restaurants, a great cafe, an amazing Muslim lamb local food place, and also other busy local restaurants that serve a fish local dish. They have great hotel taxi services, but Grab will also work fine. They also have a great spa; we had an amazing massage there. They have a service to the Beach everyday! That was great

Short walk to the beach and many restaurants. Bike rental at the hotel. Motorbikes can be rented from other Hotrls.

Check-in was supposed to be at noon, but we were made to wait in the lobby for an hour because the room wasn't ready, and we entered at 1pm. The woman at the front desk was arrogant. We booked a room with a pool view, but it was a garden view that you couldn't see at all. The room was full of ants, very humid, and the bed was damp. I've been coming to Bali every year for 25 years, but this is the first time I've stayed in such a bad hotel.
It's in a very quiet, convenient, and good location, but this time I stayed in three other hotels, and this was the worst.
I've been using ********** as a gold member for a long time, but I'm thinking of quitting this time.

Sativa cottages has that old Bali style appearance. It was clean ,comfortable and central to restaurants and shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
the cottages need some maintenance to rooms and pool area but only minor, not a real issue for us.
Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the experience.
