Generally speaking, Raffles is first-class, with new facilities and a very good environment. Such a large hotel only has 32 villas, and the gardens and swimming pools are excellent. The only thing that needs improvement is to add a Chinese speaking service staff, so that tourists with poor English skills will have a better experience.
