So clean, the pool was warm, staff were very nice, price was good & breakfast I like american food. Bed was comfort. You can only use motorcycle.. No park for car. It's nice for work from home. I got free hair vitamins. You have to ask them for cleaning your room If you stay more than 1 night.

Very dirty shower and toilet! No house keeping service over 4 days of our stay. No hot shower location wasn’t the best either

The staff was either not there or indifferent. Nothing worked the internet or the television and when I asked about it they just shrugged. They also are not at the front desk when I asked them to clean my room I came back to an empty desk with my room key on the counter not giving me any confidence in the security also when I checked out nobody was there service was pathetic

While the staff are lovely & it's in a good location for food the place it's self if rundown and not very clean. Our hot water only lasted a minute, every time we showered our bathroom would flood, there is dirt on the walls and the safe moves to so it's not secure.

No fridge in room Bathroom flooded when shower running On our arrival staff were sitting around smoking We had to approach them Going upstairs carrying my heavy case staff laughed at me(82 year old woman) Room had grubby cracked walls,cockroaches,dirty sheets,tvwires hanging down,dirty crockery,rusty clothes airer Outside spa every limited for sitting

This hotel is not what it appears to be online when booking. We arrived to dirty sheets with stains on, dirty cups in the bathroom. Our door was broken and we couldn’t get in nor could the staff until many tries later. This was a recurring issue throughout our stay. There is no bar as stated on ***********, and the staff, although friendly enough, speak little to no English so it is difficult to communicate any issues to them. The hotel also states ‘daily housekeeping’, yet we had to ask every day for clean towels, toilet roll etc and we got the impression the staff were a bit put out when we asked for this... They also only have one key to each room so we had to leave our key at reception daily so they could clean which isn’t ideal! The rooms are nice enough (when cleaned) but our room, particularly the bathroom, just had a generally unclean feel to it as did the rest of the hotel. It is 2* maximum and I would suggest staying elsewhere if you want a spotlessly clean environment. Close enough to bars and restaurants although probably more of a taxi ride to the beach than a walk.

Been 2 times coming back to this very comfortable place to stay. The room is spacious, the pool is nice, the wifi connection is stable ( to use for online meeting,lol) Also one very special thing is the location! It’s near my favorite places also Double six if that you can get it on foot.
