Excellent service. Nice room. Poor quality personal care products. Soap was at the bottom. Beautiful grounds. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but we didn't like the food.

Very good hotel, highly recommended! The hotel restaurant is delicious, lunch and dinner are highly recommended. The room is nice, no bugs, very clean, no complaints, full of green, super comfortable. You can rent a motorcycle 20 meters away from the hotel, 100k a day, the car is very new. The service staff is amazing, very enthusiastic, the price is also very cost-effective, recommended.

Stayed at room 120 w bathtub on the 2nd floor. Love their attention to detail. Reception whatsapped the schedule of activities, shuttle timing etc to us upon check-in. If there's any problem with the room, u could feedback to them directly.
Turndown service everyday, with different bedtime stories about the Balinese culture.
Tried their high tea from 4-5pm on the 2nd floor of the pool area.
Free yoga sessions & balinese dance class on selected days.
M mart & laundry service available within 100m.
