Great price-quality ratio. Despite everything, it was our only stay in Indonesia without bottled water and bath accessories (shampoo, shower gel…). The staff are very friendly and helpful, we were having problems booking a boat to the Gili Islands and the reception staff quickly helped us with booking tickets and transport, at a more affordable price.
