Это был ужасный опыт. Я больше года путешествую по ЮВА и такого не встречала. Оплатила заранее 2 ночи в отеле в районе Кута. Приезжаю вечером в 9, целый день перелет и мотания, уставшая и с чемоданами, а мне говорят мест нет. И могут предложить найти отель и заселить на ночь туда. Нашли довольно быстро, помогли дотащить чемоданы, но номер оказался маленьким, очень. Мне такой не подходит, но деваться уже некуда. А мне для проведения йоги нужно пространство! Провела кое как 1 класс по йоге. В 12ть на следующий день договорились, что меня заберут. Забирали около часа. Ну то есть я их ждала около часа, ходила уточняла, все кормят обещаниями. В итоге помогли перевезти чемоданы в их отель. Я прошу ключи от комнаты, а мне говорят - она не готова и постельные принадлежности и полотенца будут после 6 вечера.
Я сказала, что заселюсь без этого. И ешкин кот, такого ужаса я не ожидала, грязные потертые кровати, в ванну зайти страшно, запах. Нет ничего кроме бутылок воды в номере. Мыло пришлось просить. Холодильник внутри грязный, в плесени. Номер убитый. К вечеру принесли полотенца, но такие как будто их уже использовали для мытья полов. Пользоваться не стала. На фото все видно.
В бассейн тоже нет желания лезть, он старый с виду и подозрительный. Вокруг и на ресепшен и в холле какая-то помойка.
Из плюсов.
Расположение хорошее, отель в центре Куты. Был вкусный завтрак. Персонал медлительный, на просьбу и претензии, говорящий сорри, они пытались помочь, но что с этого, если жить там неприятно и тошнотворно.

hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are very separate from each other and very spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Only one problem is here. The hotel is nearby the road and you can hear noise from cars and motorcycles from around 7 am until around 2 am.
