Amazing place, love Jumeirah brand hotels/resorts. Fantastic service, great breakfast, amazing rooms. Beautiful resort.

We stayed only two nights , amazing experience, new and clean rooms, in room swimming pool good enough to swim ( even for adults). Beautiful views, we planning to back next time and stay longer . Food delicious, nice beach for swimming and surfing…

Very nice hotel and excellent service from all hotel staff. Their have a kids club and having different activities everyday and our kids so happy and enjoy Hotel have a great restaurant with good vibes and excellent sea view and I think this restaurant is a local favourable restaurant , many guest come and having dinner Excellent staying experience and looking forward for next bail trip

Serve fresh fruits and even honey when asked to soothe sore throat and cough Very homely type of service Kid loves the kid club which provides hands on drawing and cookies making sessions

The interior of the resort is beautiful and elegant. I really love the room’s design, colors and it is so spacious. All furniture fit perfectly, love the hidden tea/coffee making corner. However, we had issue with water heater, bed side lamp and the smoke detector, surprised that we don’t get offer to change our room, it is a bit annoyed because we have to wait. Thank goodness that the smoke detector only activated the alarm during our room tour and check out, at least it didn’t spoiled our Sunday morning. I guess Thailand hospitality would react differently in such situations. To be fair, staffs are very friendly, polite and attentive. Food is amazingly great at both Segaran and Akasa. As overall, we really had a great time and wish to be back very soon.

The overall feeling is pretty good, the environment is very beautiful, the overall service is very good, equipped with a 24-hour butler, all small problems will be handled and solved in a timely manner, there is nothing to visit around, it is suitable for soaking in the hotel.

The beautiful sea view along the cliff is a great view! The beach is within the scope of the hotel, just one step away.

I am very satisfied with Ctrip's attitude in handling the problem! However, I am very dissatisfied with the attitude, hygiene and service of such a super five-star hotel: we checked out of the St. Regis Bali the day before, and everything was very happy. Then we went to Jumeirah and had a good first impression. We went into the private swimming pool without thinking much after entering the room. The next day, my son had a rash all over his body and face. I hurried to the pharmacy in Bali to buy medicine. The pharmacy said it was allergic. Later, when I returned to the hotel, I found that there were very clear mold spots under the water. Moreover, the private swimming pool was not cleaned at all during the two days of stay. Moreover, we never went to Jumeirah's public swimming pool once. I also told Ctrip that there are surveillance cameras. We went back to the hospital immediately after returning home. Jumeirah, a super five-star hotel, responded to my feedback and said it had nothing to do with them. Another digression, the breakfast was very simple, not worthy of a super five-star hotel breakfast at all. The hotel's own beach was poorly maintained, the lounge chairs were dirty, and there were few hotel waiters. It took several calls to collect the breakfast plates. It was too bad.

The shuttle bus was slow, and the butler service was slow to respond. I added WeChat and there was no response for an hour several times. The hotel hardware is OK, and the environment is beautiful. The food tastes very average, and the breakfast is not very good. The service and catering are indeed far behind Raffles. In comparison, the kids club feels the best. The waiters are very enthusiastic in playing with the children, and there are also rich activities.
