我們前一晚都是入住了這裏，但前一晚沒有複式的，所以入住了泳池的。我們這兩晚都是晚上入住。
但經驗很糟糕 由大堂我們要走很多石級 走很遠路才到房間☹️☹️☹️而且一路都非常暗 沒有明亮的照明 開了手機電筒還很暗，而且下完雨，路非常滑，很危險👎🏻👎🏻
遊玩了一天還要走這些路 真的太累了，而且第二晚還沒有職員帶我們去新的房間，要我們自己找☹️☹️we even get lost here! 最基本的酒店服務都沒有！
回到房間也是非常暗，就算開了所有燈也很暗！泳池沒有照明，所以兩晚的泳池都浪費了，只有早上的飄浮早餐使用了。
房間非常多昆蟲 我們床都沒有動過，一看上面就有一隻死了的昆蟲 這是酒店送的見面禮嗎🤢🤢非常噁心 此外，房間內還有很多昆蟲，飛蛾 青蛙😭😭😭這是我住過最差的酒店！
而且房間距離個對面的房間很近，房間泳池的一舉一動都能被對面看清😭當時我穿著泳衣在泳池 突然對面露台走出一個男人 在操控無人機！看得一清二楚！
只有早餐是豐富的

因為不會英文，他們的前台比其他的酒店比起來沒有很多耐心，而且也沒帶我們介紹酒店的相關活動，早餐不好吃，太單一了，不過他們家的spa確實很不錯

酒店環境還算是可以，內景不錯。服務，衞生和食物就很差勁了。衞生：下午入住， 晚上進被窩才發現被子上（貼膚麪）好多血跡，掀開看床單上明顯的污漬，大概率是沒有換洗。。。看到瞬間噁心反胃。第二天我們吃完早飯回房間，正好他們在打掃房間，看到我們被子和枕頭就被扔在地上。。。看到我們回來了，立馬把被子撿起來。怎麼説呢，出門在外，眼不見為凈，但是看到了就很膈應。食物：早餐可選非常少，味道很一般，晚餐我點了個咖喱雞飯，零星幾塊雞肉和蔬菜丁漂在很稀薄的咖喱湯裏（還沒有全家的咖喱飯地道），難吃至極。點了幾個雞尾酒，老公直呼難喝😅。服務：此處吐槽項比較多。去市區需要預訂酒店班車，grab很難有車到酒店來接。烏布交通出奇的差，到此處的親們一定要做好充足的時間預算，特別是在趕下一趟行程的時候。我們跟酒店班車出去，出發前並且也跟酒店預訂了8:10回，下車前再次跟班車小哥確定回來的時間和上車點。我們提前20分鐘到候車點開始等，等到8:30，還沒看到車，我一直跟老公説車子不會來了，他説再等一等，畢竟當天安寧日，人比較多可能會晚點。結果一直沒來，晚上一直在下大雨，最後我們打電話回酒店，酒店告知説路封了，班車取消了！hello~ 取消了為什麼不通知我們，我們checkin的時候留了手機號碼的。此處已經非常生氣了！然後我們馬上用grab叫車，很快就有車了。回去的路上暢通無阻，根本沒有封路。回到酒店問為什麼沒有通知我們，前台表示封路了他們沒有辦法。封路了你不知道通知一下已經預訂班車的客户嗎？繼續給我們看無奈無辜臉，實在很難消除我滿腔憤怒。後來第二天酒店經理來淺淺道了個歉z🤧 第二點服務吐槽：餐廳服務生看着很呆，完全沒培訓過的樣子。連着三天入住，早餐點咖啡，他們永遠找不到誰點了，一直上錯給別的桌，很明顯這有問題。一次咖啡杯上有一大塊口紅印，我説這個被子臟了，麻煩換一杯，結果拿回來的還有口紅印子，明顯隨意擦了下。。。我説請幫我換一杯，不是拿去擦一擦。最後過了半個世紀，給我送來了杯，也不知道是擦了還是換了，還是眼不見為凈的事。給要來烏布的朋友分享真實入住經歷，畢竟難得來峇里島一次，住得不開心會很影響旅遊心情，這個酒店價格不算便宜，三天讓我碰到這麼的多糟心事，建議你們再多看幾家，谷歌點評上多看看評價，攜程上評論還是比較少的。祝你們旅行愉快平安！

One the best resorts i have ever stayed. Amazing stuff, great food. Highly recommended. Breakfast was just perfect. It was not noisy at all like other resorts. Thanks to Udaya team.
