Great stop over location for trip to Gili Air. Bed is comfy, air con and they have a 3 way travel adaptor in the room for charging devices. Staff very friendly and helped us with fast ferry tickets and airport transfers. On busy road but room designed so that bathroom is closest to road to minimise noise. If light sleeper will need ear plugs. Good breakfast.

Lala arranged transportation for me from the airport to Zen Inn and my fast boat ticket to Senggigi, Lombok which made my trip completely stress free. I loved the quirky nature of the accommodation which was clean and comfortable. The staff were delightful and the driver Angus was excellent. I will definitely be staying at Zen Inn on my next trip but will have to book early as there are only four rooms.

There are only four rooms so you would probably have to book well in advance (which is what I did) to score a room here. Located a short walk to all the boat departures from the harbour. They offer taxi shuttle from the airport which I booked at a very reasonable price with a safe driver. I even used Agus again to drive me to Candidasa. The staff were friendly and helpful. Checked in and shown to my room as well as shown around my room. Everything worked okay. The bed linens were clean and the bed comfortable. Power point adjacent to the bed. Lighting was adequate. The bathroom was a wet room with excellent hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was options from a limited menu and basic but okay to kick start the day. No juice in lieu of coffee/tea but 20k for a juice from the fridge this did not bother me. I did raise this with Lala the manager and she explained to me it was a cost issue which I can sympathise with. Overall, I had a comfortable stay here for a very reasonable price.
