房間比想象中維護的好，很乾凈，裝修有峇里島風情的感覺，泳池也挺大的，流動的循環水泳池。
員工服務還可以，需要吉普車接送房間送水都很快速，搬運行李的大叔服務也很周到👍
唯一個人不太能接受的是，洗澡水是淡化的海水，鹹鹹的，洗完還得用礦泉水沖一遍…可能我比較矯情😂
總而言之性價比很高，這個價格住泳池別墅含早餐很不錯了，地理位置也不錯在金巴蘭海灘附近，交通方便。

8～10提供早餐，每天10點12點有免費載去商場的車輛，但是需要去櫃檯登記，飯店附近走路大約5～10分鐘有個可以刷卡的超商和價格合理的按摩店，走路約15分可以到沙灘，房間會有蚊子，但是飯店有提供蚊香和電蚊液

房間非常大！有自己的私人泳池！泳池有流動！非常放鬆，早餐還不錯！有戶外客廳和廚房，但非常可惜的都沒使用到，可能戶外也真的太熱了！有迎賓飲料可以喝，冰箱有附可樂和果汁！
水龍頭和蓮蓬頭有些生鏽，可能是因為用海水的關係！其他都非常好！

體驗感較差，因為行程突然有變化，到了酒店辦理好入住手續才滿10分鐘就被告知無法接受部分退款，和酒店商務經理解釋了很久表示可以僅需要退一晚即可也直接被拒絕了。酒店設施總體很老舊，大家謹慎選擇吧。

定好的房間去了沒住上，去了問服務員什麼也不知道，給老闆打電話老闆説弄錯了，把我定的房間給老外了，導遊跟老闆理論老闆居然還很大聲，導遊意思跟我説這個老闆不好因為我定的一天，那些老外定了10天，就把我的房間給他們了，他們家衹有兩個別墅，又沒有其他的房間，在國外🈶沒辦法衹能走了，哪裡有這樣做事的，導遊説這樣的事情不可能就這一次，應該是經常辦這種事，大家謹慎吧，可定這個酒店，去了怕住不上，真的從來沒遇到過這樣的事情，最後攜程幫忙找的另外一個酒店

洗澡幾乎沒有熱水，衹有一點温温細水流，其他都還比較滿意，還有院子裏有很多毛蟲🐛，毛巾沒有更換，衹是把用過的再疊好放下
