NO HOT WATER. None at all, even if you wait. The pool is mediocre. The mattress and pillows are good, but the bed creaks. Overall, everything is a bit old but clean. The soundproofing is absolutely terrible (100500% noise transfer). If you're lucky with your neighbors, great; if not, get ready with earplugs or headphones. It's right in the center, near the Art Market and the palace. We took a taxi from the street to the rice terraces for 300. There's a good laundry service in the alley nearby; everything came back clean and smelling nice for 25k/kg.

Decent guesthouse in central Ubud. It has a kettle, 3 bottles of water upon arrival, tea and coffee sachets, a fridge, liquid soap, toilet paper, one towel per person, and one bath mat for everyone. The bathroom is a bit worn, the water pressure is very weak, and there isn't a single hook in the bathroom (haha), but overall, it's clean. The bedding is clean but a bit greyish and laundered. However, considering the price of 7700 rubles for three people for four nights, it's an excellent option, and we have no complaints. We liked the terrace; we didn't get breakfast as there are plenty of cafes nearby for every taste and budget. Beautiful garden.

This is a, er, family style, that is, it's all up and down several floors, and then each floorAh, they are all independent, just like villas, and thenhumIt feels like he has a big balcony outside, and then you can sit on the balcony and have a table.All the chairs in the room should be in a night scene style, and then, um, all the wooden furniture, which feels very good.In fact, it should belong to villa level in China.

The location of the hotel is central of Ubud but the room is not clean always have Dirt falls down i don’t know what is that 😂 and i Hang a "Do Not Disturb" sign outside the room. But there are still come in for put the towel ! I think this is not safety!

Great location. Clean, bright rooms. No bugs whatsoever. The pool is a bit old, but perfect for a refreshing dip on a hot day. Special thanks to the hostess – you can tell she's always ready to help with advice or practical assistance. You can also ask for laundry service here or get help renting a scooter. On the day of silence, when the entire island was shut down, they still provided breakfast (inexpensive and tasty). We stayed for four or five days and I definitely recommend it.

This is our third time staying in Ubud, and we chose a hotel closer to the center. As a place to stay, it's not bad – we had a triple room, which was very simple, with a combined toilet and shower without a partition. There wasn't much light, and the biggest inconvenience was the Wi-Fi – it only worked for about 10 minutes out of an hour, constantly disconnecting. The windows faced the stairwell, which was also a nuisance when other guests were passing by. Overall, it's perfectly adequate for a few nights' stay.

Excellent location, close to the city center but away from the hustle and bustle. Spotlessly clean.

The hotel is central to everything you need in ubud shops restarants and the money forest is a five minute walk . The hotel it self is set off the street and has the usual Ubud sounds to wake you in the morning . The room is perfect for anyone in a budget and wants to be central to everything don’t expect much but rember the price you are paying

Overall, everything was good, but the toilet wasn't properly secured and it wobbled. Also, there were no disposable slippers or toothbrushes.

It is a very Balinese home stay with beautiful swimming pool. Good location at central Ubud which nearby Ubud Art Market, Ubud Palace & Warung Ibu Oka 3 Babi Guling . Must try Adi Warung for nasi campur/mix rice. By the way, car can’t go in to the home stay.

Great location where most of the activity are found. A basic homestay accommodation which is best value for money. Prob the only thing which can improve is the toilet. That would make it a perfect homestay.

Facilities are fine for that price: simple room that is good if you are not spending a lot of time in it. Quiet place. The balcony had phenomenal views to enjoy some food or a drink.

Great location. Quite simple furnishings. You wake up in the morning to the crowing of roosters. Simple breakfast included, several options to choose from. Wi-fi almost does not work, used mobile Internet. The front door is locked with a padlock. Nice staff. Not a bad option for a couple of days. There is construction going on next door
