This was the best hotel/suite experience on our one week trip in southwest of turkey. Super friendly people, the view from our suite was like a dream come true (sunset direction) and the breakfast (delightful kahvalti style) came into our room as well as at the coast near the water. Beautiful island and Kaş itself is also wonderful.

The hotel is located in a remote location, a 10-minute drive from the town of Kas (taxi 300 lira), but the entire hotel looks out to the sea, making it a first-class vacation!

The hotel service is very friendly, the location is very good, and the sea view is beautiful. The room type we stayed in is at the bottom of the hotel. It was very tiring to climb the stairs, but fortunately there were staff to help move the suitcases. The breakfast was very good, with free juice, which tasted great, and a lot of fruits and yogurt. The service was very good. The network was very poor. I was not informed of the network problem before check-in, and I couldn't receive any signal or Wi-Fi in the room. They wanted to change our room. The room we changed to was cheaper than ours, and they were not willing to refund the difference. We Finally, I continued to stay in the original room type. The lights in the bathroom were very dim, the shower was almost invisible, and the mirror headlight was broken and kept flashing on one side after it was turned on. The curtains are not tightly drawn, and light will leak out in the morning, which is very dazzling. Except for the poor facility experience, everything else is good.

A very perfect experience, the service is very good, the front desk can help call a taxi 🚕, the breakfast is also very suitable for Asian stomachs, the scenery is so beautiful! !

This is my first time to give a negative review on a trip. I chose the most expensive room type. The facilities were very poor and the sofa was dirty everywhere. There is no Wi-Fi signal in the room, and the breakfast only has eggs and bread. I don’t know where I got the courage to charge the price of a five-star hotel.

We stayed at Mandalina for a week. Our room was super nice with a stunning view of the ocean and fabulous sunset each night. My wife especially enjoyed the bath with the panaramic view! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Eventhough we arrived before the official season open and they were still in the process of getting ready for the full on tourist season, they went out of there way to accomodate us. Even an exquisite dinner cooked by their chef to our menu selection, since the restaurant was not open yet. Best meal and wine we have had in a very long time. A memorable experience! Of course this review would not be complete without mentioning OZ, who made our stay there extra special, whether a suprise refreshing drink or just taking the time to share about himself and Kas Turkey. Returned from a week's stay at the Mandalina Suites relaxed and with great memories. The hotel has a prominent position at the end of the peninsula with far reaching views across to both the mainland and islands. The rooms and their setting were very well laid out and designed to maximise the views. We ate at the hotel every morning and then sporadically throughout the week during lunch and dinner. Every meal was a pleasure aided by some great service. Well done Mandalina!

We went for our honeymoon to Mandalina Suites and we didnt have a great time. There wasnt any one to greet us at the entrance and our check in. We were supposed to go for a welcome drink and the bartender is the person with the worst attitude I have ever seen. He had a bad attitude, a bad mood and was always replying to us very harsh. A hotel is more than a place to sleep, a hotel is a place that helps you remember special moments and a place that creates an experience for the guest an ours was not at all what we expected. Our bathroom had a problem and our room was full of water (we discovered this since the first day) our second day was a nightmare, not able to use our shower ands toilet for 5 hours. The staff wasnt really great with us They mistake the order many times to our room , we ordered 2 pastas they brought 3, we ordered parmesan cheese and they brought parmesan chicken. Yet, the breakfast and the people that serve there are really friendly and nice. The food is perfect is reallly good. Sadly we will never come back.

It was a hotel with a view that fascinated people. It was a place that fascinated people even more when they saw it with their own eyes, as opposed to the photos on the internet. The already legendary sunset hotel confuses people with the multitude of room options. We stayed in the Ginger room. It had a jacuzzi both inside and outside the room. The room was located throughout. It was very impressive with a sea view. The size of the room was sufficient, but the cleanliness and furnishings could have been a little better. Although the hotel does not have a parking lot, you can find a place on the road. The employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel had its own sunbeds downstairs and the sea was very beautiful. The stairs near the pier were beautiful. It was rickety and broken. The hotel also had a communal swimming pool. The breakfast was an open buffet and was sufficient and the flavors were standard. We ordered fish at the restaurant during our stay and it was delicious. I cannot say the same for fast foods, they could be improved in terms of taste.

We stayed in the Kekik room at the hotel we chose for our honeymoon. The view, pool and design of the room were amazing. A great place to relax! We loved the flavors and staff of the restaurant, we especially recommend the appetizers and sea bass! The prices were also affordable compared to outside prices. We deduct 1 point for cleanliness, more care should definitely be taken in such a beautiful establishment. Mr. Ferzullah listened to our suggestions regarding cleaning with great care, we thank him.

The hotel we stayed in in June 2023 was absolutely wonderful in everything. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the rooms, the attention of the staff, the taste of the food, the calmness of the environment, and the intact nature. Breakfast is an open buffet, clean and sufficient in variety. Lunch and dinner are absolutely very successful in terms of presentation and taste. Thanks to all the staff and Mr. Yüksel, Yazgı Kısı
