good location. night market nearby , can go to pattaya beach by walk it's just take about few mins. Get free upgrade to a bigger room.

Near Hilton shopping mall , nice service. Easy to call car pick up and drop off . Nice pool view .

A brand new hotel. Everything is good. Very good staff, I can see smiling faces from every staff every day, with warmest regards services from front desk Khon Jitman, have good arrangement. I enjoyed a happy holiday.

Hotel at the good location which was easy to go anywhere, nearby numerous restaurants & massage shop and opposite to Central Festival. Staff at front desk and house keeping are polite and sincere, Staff at the lobby entrance counter are always in alertness, wish to see more friendly smiling on the their face. Facilities are limited but in good condition and well maintained. Overall rating is good for accommodation other than a traditional hotel but the room rate is comparative high and out of the class level.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Many guests have a rude behavior and are very loud. Swimmingpool on the rooftop with a great view but have only nine sunchairs for relaxing. The morning buffet could offer a better food quality. No room has a real but only a partial seaview.

The location is great, there is a big shopping mall right opposite to the hotel, and lots of massage places around . The swimming pool is nice , but a little small. The water park is good for my kids age 5 and 7, the water slides just right for this age, so my kids had lots of fun . I stayed in a two bedroom , it was good except the two single beds I are smaller than usual. Anyway, i probably will come to stay again if I go to Pattaya.

Great location opposite Central Festival Mall, walk to all the restaurants and the beach is only3 minutes walk away. Great service by staff and amazing facilities so we will return.

Thanks for making my mom so happy with the free birthday card and cake Also the kind allowance to let us check out slight later for our driver to come Breakfast is decent Fairly near to beach I enjoyed the gym class by the instructor too I wanna say Afternoon shift two ladies , you guys are just so energetic We would love to see you girls again

We book two rooms and although requested to give nearby room but they give different floors and the next day want to change room but also the stuff didn’t allow. Front desk stuff behaviours not good. Others all okay.
