The front desk service was not good. When getting the room card, the correct entrance to the room was not clearly informed because the room type we booked was not an ordinary room type and we could just go upstairs. The signage didn't explain it either. Another point is that there are not many things in the room, including slippers, hair dryer, etc. We had to frantically call the front desk, and it took a long time for someone to answer, and it also took a long time to get the things. This service is unacceptable.

A family staycation in Dubai. Excellent price, facility, location, staff professional and friendly. Near to Al Ghurair Mall, eateries, shops, restaurants and other public facilities like metro station.

Property belongs to Hyatt Group so as expected and pretty obvious it should not be disappointing, however only thing is that Swimming Poll on the roof was pretty small compared to what it should have been. Rest all things were at par. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Room size is perfect for long stay. Easy and quick process for check in and check out. Breakfast was ok. Location is good next to mall and metro.

Great location. Great assistance by staff. I felt safe walking around the area at night alone. Near to public transport near to mall.

I just spent a couple nights at the Hyatt Place Dubai and all in all it was a perfect stay. I especially appreciate the very nearby Metro station, supermarkets and of course restaurants. No need for a taxi, all walkable, and with the Metro one is in short time at all the famous sights, very convenient indeed. For me the whole area around the hotel was fascinating to walk around, lots of diversity, lots of impressions about the real life in Dubai, away from the glossy high life expatriate impressions we receive from the media. At no time did I feel unsafe, also as a single female traveller. On night 3 of my stay it happened that water was leaking from the suite above, the maintenance guy was here within a few minutes after my call but couldn‘t fix it. But sure enough the staff next morning, like front desk, maintenance and esp. house keeping did a great job to have it all fixed. Things like that can happen, question is how it is dealt with, and well done! I do wish though the pool and the area around offered more space, but well, can‘t have it all. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Good hotel but very congested. Too many people. Got locked 2x in the room.
