It's close to the station and convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff were very polite.

The location is good. Porto's main world cultural heritage attractions are all within walking distance. Parking is conveniently located behind the hotel. After arriving at the hotel, walk 500 meters and you will see P. Park your car in this underground parking lot on the third floor every day. The hotel checkout is 15 yuan. Breakfast at the hotel is 18 yuan. Turn right 50 meters out of the hotel. There is a restaurant that opens at 7 a.m. The breakfast food is rich, low-priced and of good quality.

I recently stayed at Eurostars Porto Centro, and I regret to inform that my experience was deeply disappointing, especially due to the lack of heating in the midst of winter. Despite repeated requests for assistance, the issue was met with a series of excuses and no resolution was provided throughout my stay. This lack of basic amenities not only compromised my comfort but also raised concerns about the adherence to standards that are legally mandated in Canada, where functional heating is not a luxury but a basic requirement during the cold season. Such oversight and neglect are totally unacceptable and reflect poorly on the management's commitment to guest welfare. I strongly advise potential guests to consider these serious shortcomings before booking a stay at Eurostars Porto Centro.

Excellent hotel, kind and helpful staff. Walkable to most places of interest in Porto and to the subway station. Heaps of restaurants and shopping options around the hotel. Great value for money with spacious and clean room.

Hotel is in a central location and walkable to the train station, shopping/stores, restaurants, etc. Hotel is clean, the room is big and with balcony, breakfast is good. Hotel staff are very nice and friendly. The soap in the bathroom is nice - pomegranate scent. If we visit Porto again will definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff and easy check in. I was 1 hr early for my check-in. Not only they had the room ready for me, but they also offered drinks and snacks delivered to my room. It was so nice of them.

I'll be honest with the price I thought I'd booked a hostel, so a lovely 4 star hotel was a pleasant surprise. Really good central location

Mgr, Andrea and Staffs Pedro, and Francisca were Wonderful! Very Helpful and Accommodating of our needs. Breakfast was good, Daniel was kind, and fast. All Staffs we encountered were Very Friendly, and helpful. Maintenance Man replaced the Refrigerator in minutes of request. I would rate this Hotel EXCEPTIONAL! Location-EXCELENT! ROOMS WERE LARGE and presented as 5 Star! Will definitely recommend this Hotel and use it again in the future. Everywhere is WALKABLE! THANK YOU, Eurostars Porto Centro! You're Amazing!
