"Pro: location is good as it is very close to the main station, Trindade. Just 5 mins walk. Also about 12-15 mins to the old town. 3 mins walk to supermarket, My Auchan. Very convenient. Modern shower and room design, the bed is very comfy with adjustable back support, very thoughtful. TV is big and has many TV channels, with different languages. Good to have body lotion, and conditioner. Give a big bottle of water daily, 👍👍 The lobby is very modern and have vending machines to buy drinks. Cons: room is small, no separation between shower and bed, no privacy at all. The room designed only for couple, not even convenient for parent and child staying in the same room. No amenities in room, not even tea bags or coffee sachets, no tea mugs, only give 2 paper cups for 3 nights stay."

"Location is excellent. Walk to many places in 10-20 mins. Room is clean, spacious and shower is fantastic. Bed is super comfy too. Just make sure you have a room not facing the main road then it’s even better. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again next time in Porto."

"I stayed at this hotel for one night as a quick stopover, and it was perfect for my needs. The hotel is situated right across from the beautiful Crystal Palace Garden and is easily walkable to numerous great local spots. I was also impressed by the staff's thoughtfulness. They proactively sent me a list of recommended local eateries and quickly responded to my questions before I arrived. My room was comfortable and well-equipped. I appreciated having an adjustable air conditioner and a nice, hot shower. They also provided free snacks, a coffee machine, and thoughtful additions like books and board games in the common area. It is important to know that this is a renovated building that preserves its original features. While this adds to its charm, it means there is no elevator. I was lucky to book a ground-floor room, which I strongly recommend if mobility is an issue or if you have heavy luggage. As is common with older architecture, the sound insulation isn't the best. I didn't find it overly bothersome in my room, but sensitive sleepers should be aware. In my opinion the hotel offers excellent value for money and a genuine experience."

"The location is good, there is a parking space and an elevator that can be reached without going up the stairs first. It is clean and tidy. There are washing machines and dishwashers. It is a 5-minute walk to the most popular pedestrian street and Farmer's Market, which is very convenient. Maria at the front desk was very welcoming. We lost our door key and she promptly replaced it without any extra charge. Thank you."

"Супер необычные и интересные квартиры, много места и очень чисто! Есть лифт В нашем номере были: индукционная плита, раковина, полный комплект посуды, капсульная кофемашина с капсулами, чайник, холодильник с морозилкой и даже виниловый проигрыватель. Очень гостеприимная хозяйка, всегда готова помочь, рассказала о мероприятиях, проходящих в городе, куда можно сходить. При заселении нас ждал комплимент: маленькая бутылочка портвейна! Местоположение не идеальное, но хорошее, от станции Trindade 7 минут пешком, до начала центра минут 10. В центр идти без проблем, но возвращаться надо 1км в гору Рядом есть хороший супермаркет Pingo Doce"

"Восхитительный отель. Расположение. Чистота. Подушки. Одеяло. Кофе. Вода. Мини кухня. Бокалы. Посуда. Кофемашина. Супер шампунь, кондиционер и гель. А вид из окон потрясающий и утром и вечером! Рядом магазины, кафе, река, мосты. Гостеприимные люди на ресепшн. После выселения оставили рюкзаки. Рекомендую от всей души!"
