"I arrived with my husband for his special birthday. We found the customer service at reception excellent, staff always there with a smile and helpful in telling us where to go to see special places in Porto . Just a slight slow service at breakfast and not very clear with the hot breakfast menu board stated more than that was actually available. The room was always cleaned and smelled nice while we were out. I think a more comfortable arm chair would be more suited in the bedrooms though . The place itself was lovely and a great location near all the amenities. Traffic noise is expected since it's a busy road but once the double doors are shut at night , the noise is not an issue ."

There was no kettle in the room and no water was provided. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was great and clean, as were the facilities. However, the area is far from amenities, so you'll definitely need a car to get to any good spots."

"The hotel is very good, very new, no decoration smell. The room is large and has two high tables for working. It is the most comfortable hotel we have ever stayed in and is very suitable for business trips. There is also an outdoor swimming pool on the first floor. Wouldn’t it be nice to come here in the summer?"

"The hotel is ok, everything is as in the photos. The upper floors (13-20+) have hotel rooms, while floors 4-11 are apartments with kitchens. The elevators vary; my friends stayed in apartments, and I visited them on the first floor. The hotel is located quite far from the sights—we always got around by taxi. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on it. It was clean, fairly quiet, and peaceful. Instead of a double bed, there were two single beds pushed together. For some reason, there was no trash can in the bathroom. However, there was an iron and ironing board. My friends had two trash cans, but no iron. Apparently, it was one or the other... There were a lot of guests, and there were sometimes lines at the reception desk. Overall, it was pretty decent."
