The hotel itself is beautiful, with classic European decor that I love, and the room even has a small, elegant terrace. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was broken the first night, and the hotel was fully booked for that day, so we had to spend the night in a room without air conditioning. Luckily, there were other rooms available the next day, and the staff were very helpful in arranging rooms for us; I'm very grateful to them."
