Porto Royal Bridges Hotel

Great location! And that's about it for the positives! No slippers, and around 8 PM, the reception was completely deserted and the main door was locked! Guests couldn't get back in, and those inside were locked in! It was terrifying! After waiting 15 minutes, still no one opened the door. When someone finally rushed down to open it, they didn't apologize to any of the guests and even gave us dirty looks! They didn't even explain why we were locked in! Absolutely terrible! The local staff were okay, but the European staff really lacked any service awareness.

The room was a bit dark, but the location is excellent, really close to all the main attractions, which made sightseeing very convenient. However, it was quite noisy at night, making it hard to sleep well. Overall, it was good, and the staff were very nice.

Pleasant hotel in the city center. Very conveniently located, close to all the main attractions in Porto. Comfortable rooms, good service, and delicious breakfasts.

A city perfect for family trips! The food is delicious, the scenery is beautiful, and the churches are absolutely stunning!

The location is superb, right in the city center, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. It's also close to the subway and train stations, which is great for day trips further afield. There are tons of restaurants in the vicinity, offering all kinds of international cuisine. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and delicious.

This hotel is conveniently located very close to São Bento station, so even with a lot of luggage, the walk isn't a problem. The hotel itself is very clean, and the toilet and shower are separated. There's also a changing area with a wall, providing good privacy even though there isn't a door. I stayed for three nights, and during my stay, it was my birthday. I was pleasantly surprised with a cake and wine! If I ever come back to Porto, I'd definitely want to stay here again.
