Room didn’t match with the picture update , stain and slight burn on linen, tv and water heater is not function, dirty window and broken mirror in the first room

It's a comfortable place to stay if you're looking for a budget hotel.. The price is good. The room could use a little bit of upgrading..

no hairdryer, no iron, no coffee cup or glass, no mineral water provide, the face mirror broken. channel on tv got no subtitles. room is very small space for queen size of bedroom. pillow very this and just only 1 pillow provided for 1person 🤦🏻

Should be improved cleanlines. House keeping teamwork need to be alert about cleanliness

Cheap..nice place to stay.. strategic place for food and transportation..closed with night market

The staff is so nice and kind

Staff are friendly and helpfull but we we do have issue regarding drinking water supply..no heater to boiled hot water.no mineral water and quute difficult for my mom to go all way upstairs to 4th floor..room are clean and cozy but the facilities inside room are really poor condition with breaking tiles

budget hotel and dont have a lift... up the stairs three floor.. the mattress is broken tq

Dirty and faulty toilet cover. The floor trap always choked and ponding inside bathroom cum toilet

I am quite disappointed as the room does not meet the advertised standards. The cleanliness is questionable at best. While it may be true that you get what you pay for, I would not recommend this establishment for families.
