This is a modern hotel with great location. Excellent customer service, great environment on public areas, great facilities, very clean. The hotel use delivery robot to deliver customers’ goods so no one can easy enter into the customer’s stay areas but only customers and staffers. Highly recommended!

I wanted to write a good review, but I couldn't. I found out that I didn't bring pajamas at night, so I ordered a takeaway and got them. I took them to the laundry room to wash. The laundry room is next to the front desk. I confirmed with the front desk that I set the quick wash. They would help me get the clothes from the washing machine to the dryer without me having to operate it. They asked me to come and get the dried clothes in an hour and a half, so I waited without sleeping. Finally, after more than an hour, there was no one at the front desk. My clothes were still in the washing machine and no one cared about them. There are three other points that I feel are not good. 1. The room I booked includes two breakfasts. When I checked in, I didn't remind them, nor did I tell them the time and location of breakfast. I went back to the room and confirmed whether I had breakfast. The breakfast was average and there were few varieties. When I got there, the table was dirty and not cleaned up. I ate a bowl of sour soup noodles, which was quite good. 2. There is no bathrobe in the room. 3. The sound insulation of the room is not very good. There should be a suite next to it. I slept late and heard the door opening next door at three in the morning. The advantages are: good location, there are many snacks downstairs, it is convenient to go everywhere, and Guiyang North can be reached within 20 minutes by taxi.
