Excellent accommodation for a family with two kids. The room was clean and the breakfast very affordable. I would be back!

This place is beautiful. I love places with traditional character instead of these cookie cutter style hotels. Located on a busy road but it’s so tucked away you don’t even know it’s there. Staff was very nice. One of them picked us up from the airport (45-60mins away) after 1am! Messaged us nightly to have breakfast (included) arranged at the time and location of our choice. I loved that. They brought breakfast to my front porch every morning it was so peaceful and relaxing. Pool was a decent size and deceivingly deep. When we arrived they did not have the rooms that we requested when we booked on Trip so if you’re locked into a specific room, I suggest book with them directly if possible. Even tho they didn’t have our rooms, we ended up being happy with the ones they did have us in. They did apologize upon checkout but I’d already forgot about that. The room was clean but the decor was pretty dusty. But I guess most people don’t even notice that stuff but I do.

The hotel is beautiful,breakfast is good, extra charge$30 for children staying even we share bed ,in other same level hotel, we only pay extra breakfast . It is really a mistake to book by Trip for this one, cause the girl can't find our booking and keep doubting and asking me to contact with trip.com myself in late evening after a long journey to Ubud with my young daughter with serious car sick standing in front of the window long , while the lady sitting keep blaming my coming here, it is totally ridiculous feeling like why you bother me by booking our hotel , you should not be here, cause I can't find your booking, you can't stay cause you didn't pay us, anyway you are not welcome! the girl keeped me standing almost half an hour keeping convince me :we have no guest check in today, I can't find your booking, or you find Trip yourelf?even I showed my booking infos to her, even which is more expensive than their normal booking price ,while I got receipt as less as their normal price later , good stuff you !I even gave her my copy of booking infos at last! And no one come to give me an explaination or further step until I asked myself in the morning,they finally found the booking themselves in another agent, so is it my fault to come yesterday? ?? I found many ants, a huge spider and consistent creepy sounds in my room at night ,afraid and can't sleep the whole night so with light on, the room which is of course not my booking in the picture but they said same type . Sorry to bother you, so I will be Kind and won't book next time to bother each other again .

Great (vegan) breakfast included with accommodations--freshly made to order from a menu. Excellent location near Sacred Monkey Temple and walking distance to many other areas and attractions.

This is a wonderful hotel. As other people have said, you can't get this quality for this price. I'll definitely stay here again when I go back.

The hotel is very local, hidden from the hustle and bustle, and you can hear the music from the bar at night. We stayed on the top floor of the fourth floor. The room is also local, but the doors and windows are all wooden latches and not private. The most terrible thing is that we were woken up by the noise in the room at 5 o'clock in the morning, as if someone was standing in the room using a hair dryer, which woke up our whole family. The breakfast was very good and the service was great.

The hotel is great! Garuda room is simply top! The terrace is wonderful! The room is very small, the bathroom is not thought out taking into account the weather conditions (it often rains), since the shower is in the open air and the water is not hot! Reception - 5 points! Atmosphere and architecture - 5 points! A smoothie bowl is great for breakfast, but who cares - meat and eggs are not served for breakfast! Purely vegan style! It was very convenient to communicate with the girls from the reception via WhatsApp - on any question! The idea is great! Despite the minor drawbacks, I will definitely return if I’m in Ubud!

The hotel is very beautiful, you live as if in a Balinese temple. The only minus for me is the small room and sometimes ants in the room.

This hotel is located in the center of Ubud. Pasar Ubud is also a short walk away. The hotel entrance is on a one-way road, so please be careful when picking up a taxi. (If a car passes by, it will take a while for it to come back.) Cars cannot enter the lobby. If you have a lot of luggage or are heavy, it can be difficult to walk several meters. On the day we arrived, it was raining so heavily that we couldn't walk to the lobby, so we had to go to a nearby cafe, and after the rain stopped, we had to carry our suitcases and walk through the city center to get to the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is so luxurious! ! It's a luxurious breakfast that rivals any cafe.

The hotel is very close to Ubud Palace, about 6.7 minutes away. The restaurants introduced by the online celebrity store are also within walking distance. The hotel has a very distinctive Balinese style. The swimming pool is also very beautiful, perfect for taking pictures or swimming. The important thing is that there is a water dispenser in the room, so you don't have to worry about water quality problems at all, which is really great.

Very good service attitude

The room is quite large, with two double beds. Even when I checked in, the water for bathing and washing my face was all too hot water. After the reaction, the hotel adjusted and all the water was cold again. Because it was a transitional night and we were going to Mount Batur the next day, we made do with it. And the hotel said that the water for washing your face should be cold water. It should be that the hotel facilities are aging. The mattress was not very comfortable and a bit hard. But the overall environment is good, there is a swimming pool, and the location is very convenient. Shopping and eating are also very quiet, in a small alley. The service is good, as is the breakfast. He took the initiative to send us to the roadside to check the car we ordered and helped carry our luggage. If 4 people stay, it is still a good value for money
