Shampoo and soap in the shower room are in containers only, with no contents. The drain is dirty. I didn't use the bathtub because it looked dirty. Wifi is out of order and cannot be used. There are a certain number of breakfast buffets, but the taste is a bit lacking. It's nice to have a mall right in front of it (although I haven't been there yet). The staff who can speak Japanese were friendly and very helpful.

Good location in the middle of the city near the airport. Facilities are also okay. Wifi speed is still not consistent. Parking area is too little for a hotel like this
