Good service staff, very attentive. If you are sick, ask for help. The room is very cramped when using an extra bed. Sheets and blankets are a dull color. The towels are very clean. The bathroom door is a sliding wooden door. Every room was closed, the noise was very loud, the room didn't sleep until 2 a.m. and could hardly sleep.

I stayed for 2 nights in a superior room. Since it was my first time in Bali, I chose this place because it had good reviews on social media, and it was very clean and nice. Breakfast was served from 6:30, which was helpful as we had an early flight, and it was delicious. The person at the front desk spoke English so fast that I could barely understand it (it might be difficult for people who can't speak English. They weren't very kind to me in that area.)

The hotel is well located in Kuta, although not quite close to the busy streets. The staff is not very friendly (you have to pay for water beyond two tiny bottles per day), and the breakfast gave us food poisoning.
The room had a view of the meeting room, dark and with constant traffic.
The equipment is of good quality and rare at this price.
The bedding is good, and the wifi is excellent.
