Outstanding service! Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Good atmosphere. Numerous tropical plants create a beautiful ambience. Rooms well equipped. Flat screen with international channels. WiFi. Balcony with sofa. Safe, fridge daily with free water lake view. Kuta Beach just a few meters away. Pool, spa, gym, bikes. Good restaurant overlooking the beach. A street between the hotel and the stream. Modern shopping mall in the neighborhood. Free parking spaces. Safe place to feel good. Recommended!

The hotel is located directly across the road from Kuta Beach, but is quite quiet. The area is very green and all the architecture inside is in Balinese style. I won’t say anything about the main building with balconies, because... we lived in a separate house on the territory (it turned out to be a twin house and we could often hear our neighbors). The furniture can be called tired, or almost antique) The bed is large and comfortable. Cleaned daily and efficiently (thanks Adi) Check-in was very late - at two in the morning, they waited for us and checked us in immediately. Everything was clear. 10 minutes from the airport by transport (if you don’t get stuck in a 24-hour traffic jam at JI Pantai) The breakfasts are excellent, with local flavor such as local Healthy drinks. Tasty. During peak times, it may be a little difficult to find a place. A restaurant whose veranda overlooks JI Pantai and is popular with walkers - be prepared for the fact that there will be a lot of people wanting to have dinner/lunch. There is a hookah. There is a small swimming pool next to the restaurant; there are almost always free sun loungers. There are several supermarkets around, a large Beachwalk Shopping Center is a 5-minute walk away, and Hard Rock café is on the other side. Well, the main thing is that there is Kuta beach and surfing opposite. Many thanks to all the staff for our holiday (Boss & Darma, hello!)

The hotel impresses with pleasant Balinese charm (construction and furnishings) and large rooms. The beach location is definitely noticeable in the hotel. The rooms were large and were scented with every housekeeping. The hotel's own restaurant is unfortunately an Italian one, which serves edible but unconvincing food. Massages at the hotel were pleasant, even if the spa didn't offer a good overall experience (surrounding services and facilities).

The hotel's location is convenient, the room is clean and the staff's service attitude is very good!
