Good hotel near beach and a mall

It's right next to Discovery Mall, so it's the perfect location to use it, but Discovery Mall's shopping appeal is actually on the decline. The surrounding area is a busy area, but there was no disturbing noise for two days over the weekend.
The room cleaning is also neat. However, I saw that while I was drinking honey tea and went out to eat, a swarm of tiny ants were black and stuck to the cup. It seems that more pest control work is needed.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is opposite to Sogo and Discovery Shopping Center. You can go to the beach to watch the sunset through the shopping mall. The best about this hotel is location and silence.Hotel has beautiful garden and every room has balcony. Staff was great, always greeting guests.
On the other side, food can be better,not so many choices for European people. Breakfast shoud be better, but still okay.

Breakfast was a disappoin**ent. Problems we had with hot water was fixed but it was often. No face clothes and slippers where too small so left us with dirty feet from the floor in the suite.

When I arrived, I was stunned! ! It's completely different from the photos. The quilt on the bed is full of stains, the walls are moldy, and the bathroom is broken. I really want to leave...
