NOT REALLY A GOOD HOTEL TO STAY. ALL UNDER RENOVATION. THOUGHT IT IS A NICE HOTEL, NOTHING BUT A BUDGET HOTEL. I COULD HAVE BOOKED A VILLA RATHER THAN THIS.

Sleeping room is acceptable but overall is quite rundown especially the toilet. The closet has no back wall. The fridge is dirty and spoilt.
Generally the hotel is old. Need major renovation. Hotel should be rated 2 - 3 stars only.

The hotel in the center of Bali is very strategic, just a direct walk to the beach and other shopping centers. The welcome drink is very delicious. Unfortunately I was a bit confused by the design of the hotel which has lots of hallways and my room happened to be in the corner so it was quite a walk.

The small pool access room on the 2nd floor is the best with a view of Kuta Beach.
5-minute walk to Beach Walk Mall, 3-minute walk to Rachan (Korean restaurant), 1-minute walk to Kuta Skateboard Park.
