On arrival, we each received a voucher for a free alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink.
The hotel is located at the bottom of a neighborhood whose entrance is monitored by a security guard.
There is a garden, greenery, which is very pleasant.
The family room we booked was spacious and clean, with cupboards, TV and armchairs. There were actually 2 bedrooms, 1 of which was for the children.
The staff is very pleasant. Change could be done at the hotel. Clean swimming pool and excellent breakfast.
Services such as massages and nail salons were offered on site which was great.
On the other hand, if something had to be improved it would be to install an elevator. I am thinking of those who have heavy luggage or even people who have difficulty getting around.
Otherwise nothing to say. We recommend this hotel.

I stayed for three nights at this hotel. It was very cheap….around $30 Australian a night. Pool is amazing. The restaurant is very expensive and cocktails were very watered down. It was extremely noisy at night with guests coming and going. There was a water leak with the bum washer which went through my whole room…..staff were quick to clean and fix. I think this hotel would be suitable for young travelers on a budget…….

I absolutely recommend this hotel. Its in a perfect location. The hotel itself has everything we needed. The rooms are very clean and the towels and sheets smelt so nice. The staff was very friendly.

The staff are very friendly as most Balinese. Basically good. The positives is that the rooms are always spotless. Stunning massage facilities in the gardens of the hotel. Pool is pleasant enough. Close to restaurants, shops and pubs in Kuta. The negatives are :- no kettle in the rooms, very hard mattress (good marketing to have massage facilities on hand) basic breakfast. Other guests are extremely inconsiderate when getting in all hours after partying. This is no fault of the hotel they do try with signage.

Very helpful and happy staff. The on-site massage facility is amazing. The only downfall was the limited breakfast menu. Basically only eggs, toast n some rice or noodles available. Other than that would highly recommend the Dewi Sri for a nice relaxing break.
