Villa Diana is a really nice place to live, but something very important is missing. The staff are fantastic and very welcoming, but the manager obviously paid so little for what we paid for it was not worth it. The suites at this hotel are large and very spacious - but the furniture and decor are a bit poor. The windows facing the pool are great - but the curtains are so thin that at dawn there is a lot of light in your eyes and you can't sleep. The beds were also very large - but the sheets looked very worn. The bathroom is large and airy - but the towels are so thin you can see through them! We have stayed here twice before and found the staff to be very nice and the price was very affordable , so we put up with all of the above, but it's clear that the manager wants to raise the prices. So when our next booking was canceled because we didn't provide flight details (???), on the second day of their so called authoritarian "policy", they emailed us again I got a room with a lower class, but the price was higher. That's how they treat a regular customer! If you're willing to pay more than $50 for a room, forget about it! Even the best staff here can't make up for a greedy manager!
