The facilities are nice and the rooms are nice too! For your information, if you stay in your room after eating breakfast, a staff member will come and clean it early in the morning, so if you don't want it, you can leave a comment! And a filter shower is a must 🤣🤣 Maybe it's because it's a bit near the sea, but I felt like the water in the shower at the accommodation was a bit salty 🤔 Of course, there was separate water for brushing teeth, so I solved that. Haha, I want to go again 😘

A welcome drink and cool towel was presented to us upon arrival. In that heat it was really welcome. The staff were really friendly but maybe a little over friendly as I felt I had to address everyone, everywhere. The room was very clean and well serviced with a nightly turn-down. I would have preferred a walk-in shower though rather than an over-bath shower which can become quite concerning if one should slip. Unfortunately the buildings do not have elevators so climbing stairs, in the heat, is very tiring. The hotel restaurant, Hitana, had very good service and an extensive menu. The nightly entertainment was good fun and thoroughly enjoyed. I am glad to say that the street vendors are no more which allows for a more relaxed atmosphere without hassles. If the opportunity arises I would certainly return.

I really felt it necessary to commend the team at Niksoma. From the moment our party of 12 arrived at Niksoma, we were blessed to be treated with the kindness, professionalism and thoughtfulness. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The pool area is wonderful and the location just across from the beach was perfect. The breakfast, which we had included, accommodated every taste and the pool side meals I had were great. I highly recommend Niksoma and hope to be back there soon with my family

I only stayed here two nights on the way to somewhere else, but the location was perfect, the staff were amazing, front desk staff Fiyan, Arka and Minnie were all so hospitable. Pools are beautiful, restaurant was great,and the BEST pillows ever!!

Excellent service, staff friendly. My flight was late at night and upon request, the manager extended my check out time which was great. Thanks to the whole team for welcoming us. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
