Very good experience, great location, very helpful and polite stuff. I will be booking again at Baleka Resort and Spa for my next Bali trip.

Best price, best location

Had a great time. I booked a pool access room which was nice but was close to the restaurant so noisy at night and in the morning. I am in my early 50s so asked to be moved to a different room. The Baleka were amazing and put me in a better room which I will definitely book again. I will choose the Lagoon Pool access.

Like baleka very much nice accommodation staff great grounds and pool very well kept Only down side unwelcomed snake came in to my room staff were there in instant and did good job removing it but most venomous snake Bali bit scary but when return to Bali love area around baleka thank you to Baleka and one other thing very affordable

Noisy in poolside room due to bands playing at the fat buddah every night

Nice hotel room staff lovely. The linen is a bit gross and old. The doors slam all the time and the pub at the back can get rowdy but value for money bang on. Pool crystal clear always.

Been to Bali a fair few times over the years and like to try different hotels/resorts each time. First group holiday and 6 of our group (adult couples/family) booked to stay here almost a year ago. Me and the husband paid a bit extra for a pool view room. (The other two were a deluxe king and a standard at aud$50 less) We arrived early and check in was good as were able to facilitate the early arrival. The staff were friendly but were advised that not only was the restraunt closed for renos this meant the swim up bar was also closed - one of the reasons I extensively researched and booked here. We could get a few items (reduced menu) from kitchen for breakfast but not in restraunt. The extra paid for the pool view was a waste as our view was completely obscured by a massive frangipani tree. The tv was fuzzy and the roller door to the mini balcony was off it roller and the room was tired- the black around tiles/bath towel rail rusty etc and TV was fuzzy. The water pressure in my sons room was non existent. It was clean though. I was advised by the reception after speaking with them about no swim up bar / room that it was the quieter end of the hotel and that is the extra $. Well at 4am people were laughing and joking in the pool which wasn't the best sleeping experience we had. The pool also has no shade so was like a bath so probably why the other guests were in the pool after 10pm close as only time it would have been some what refreshing. Was disappointed with this stay and not being advised renos were going to be conducted and nothing was done about our complaints added to our disappointment unfortunately. (Although the roller door was finally fixed 2 days before we left to go to Sanur) the staff were lovely though.

We stayed for 16 nights., the rooms are big and clean!! Had a problem with a/c in 2 rooms but was fixed straight away!! We had a large sitting area with day bed and king bed and still heaps of room!! My only complaint is the breakfast not a big variety and was cold a few days!! 2 large pools
