The room is spacious but the hotel is far away from the market and activities but there is free transport. They give you only 2 water bottles per day and if you want more its too costly. The pool was clean and good. But bathroom needs more cleaning.

for our 5th or 6th stay at the payogan, during these 9 days, everything was still wonderful: villa, calm, park, jungle view, and efficient staff, with a special mention to Kumba, waiter at the restaurant who is efficient, attentive, helpful...and multilingual, important to us! This Hotel was amazing I have never been to Bali so I was in ore of it all. The rooms were clean, spacious and had beautiful views from the balcony, and all around the grounds a jungle feel as it was right up in the hills. I came with a friend and we had two separate rooms (above each other). My bed was the biggest I have ever seen and was so comfortable with beautifully clean bedding. The mosquito nets were perfect and I had no problems with mosquitos. We really loved the food all cooked beautifully and was very tasty. All the staff were attentive and so friendly especially Kumba an Wyan. I had a wonderful massage at the spa with warm stones, an infused bath, and then warm tea with cinnamon & honey to sip, a marvellous experience. We also enjoyed some traditional Balinese dancing, of which I joined in. A fantastic stay and can’t recommend highly enough.

Nous avons séjourné en famille de 8 personnes 4 adultes et 4 enfants. du 27 février 2024 au 2 mars 2024.. tout était parfait. Le cadre est splendide, les chambres avec piscine avec vue sur la jungle est juste top. Le restaurant est bon entre traditionnel et occidental. Ayant des allergies alimentaires tout a été respecté. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et bon. Des navettes gratuites sont proposées pour aller sur Ubud. Possibilité de réserver un chauffeur privé depuis l'hôtel. Le personnel était juste parfait. Souriant,à l'écoute, poli, un petit bonus pour Supri qui était notre 1ere serveuse et qui est très gentille comme tout le reste de l'équipe. Nous reviendrons sans hésitations dans cette parenthèse enchantée que propose cet établissement. Merci pour tout...

Great stay Pool amazing Staff lovely and helpful Grounds amazing Spa excellent Breakfast great choice and good food Restaurant buffet great with good range Normal restaurant first visit very poor- we had crispy pork and chicken curry- both terrible but we have it another whirl and had steak and prawn Singapore and both much better so I think it it depends what you choose. Overall highly recommend

Accueil aux petits soins, toute l'équipe est disponible et réactive. Notre fille de 5 ans a été également et grandement très bien reçue. L'ensemble du resort est propre et constamment entretenu. Une navette gratuite est mise à disposition plusieurs fois par jour pour se rendre et revenir de Ubud. Notre villas était très spacieuse, avec une vue imprenable sur la forêt...du calme, du dépaysement. On a été bien conseillé pour les excursions, en terme de prix, d'horaires et d'endroit à visiter. Pas de surcharge pour le room service, bien que le seul restaurant de l'hôtel ait une qualité moyenne des produits, mais à des prix raisonnables ( y compris pour les cocktails). Belle piscine principale, avec un bain de soleil et un espace enfant en plus...le tout donnant sur la végétation. Petit bémol, un manque cruel de lumière artificielle et de prises dans la villa...mais on pourrait y revenir sans soucis une deuxième fois!

Abbiamo trascorso 5 notti presso questa struttura che definire bella è poco. Si trova a 10 minuti dal centro di ubud ma è servita benissimo dai taxi e dalla navetta dell’hotel. Si gode di uno spettacolo naturale infatti si trova immersa nella giungla e ci si sveglia con i suoni della natura. Il consiglio per godere di tutti i confort è richiedere le stanze che vanno dalla 105 alla 108 con la piscina personale che affaccia sulla giungla. Camere molto spaziose e ben tenute. Pulizia sempre precisa e puntuale. Il personale sempre con il sorriso e disponibile a gestire tutte le tue richieste. La Spa bella e confortevole con personale qualificato e super gentile. Colazione abbondante e di qualità come anche il ristorante che propone diversi tipi di cucina. È stato veramente un soggiorno che ricorderemo con immenso piacere. Da ritornare!
