Still, I would give it a C minus. We had a late check-in. They gave us our room, it was a little dirty, there were ants, the bathroom was scary, even just being there was not comfortable. I would like to note that the staff tried to help in solving any problems.
The house next to ours (and we lived right downstairs near the view pool) was in an abandoned state, either under renovation or just the end, it’s unclear. All the houses are old, all the furniture too.
The area is beautiful in the morning and during the day, the pool has a great view, for that kind of money you can spend the night in the morning and swim a little in the evening in the beautiful pool. It's hard to swim during the day because the sun is hot. I don't recommend it with children. But despite the old age and cleanliness, adults can live for a couple of days.

The guesthouse is nice, with an outdoor pool and overlooking the jungle, the area is green, the staff is very nice. The rooms are a little shabby, the furniture is old, but this is not important in general. The location is nice but the room is poorly maintained. The bathroom is super dirty! Some public toilet is even cleaner! It is smelly coz there's no exhaust, the bathroom wall is terribly dirty!
Dust everywhere! Allergens in my body was activated and i barely enjoy the stay! I kept on sneezing!!!
The food is ok.
