I spent my 60th birthday at Fivelements Retreat. It was an exceptional experience!!! I was made to feel so special by the staff who went out of their way to make my birthday special. This included a Flower Arrangement in my room saying Happy Birthday in flowers, a delicious cake with candle and birthday wishes written in cocoa. I chose to have a Fire Ceremony and Water blessing on my birthday day. This was a truly amazing experience to be blessed by a High Priest on my birthday.. Although we had planned otherwise, we actually never left the Fivelement Retreat as we were so happy and content there. I had a few healings with one of the healers that were amazing. The outdoor bath overlooking the river was a beautiful way to start each day. The rooms were beautiful, the food was delicious, the staff and service were impeccable. A 5-star experience!!!!

Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband. This is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The room was amazing, the meals are unbelievable, and the spa was fabulous. Everyone was so nice and professional and we wish we could have stayed longer.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I visited the spa while in Ubud. It was FANTASTIC! I had a foot soak, massage, body scrub, and flower soak. The area is so scenic and the service was incredible. Highly recommend! You can also lay by the pool and eat at the restaurant before or after your services.

I stayed at Five Elements Retreat in December travelling by myself. The staff were fabulous the manager is great. LOVED my room with private pool. Yoga classes in the most beautiful shala I have seen. Very relaxing and a great place to get away from everything. The vegetarian food is was great and you will definitely not go hungry, and even if you aren’t vegan you will find food on the menu to satisfy. A bit of a distance to UBUD but it’s easy and accessible by shuttle and if you want to go out late it’s very cheap and easy to get a taxi back.

This hotel is fantastic and the staff auper friendly and helpful. The food is just amazing!
For Bali it’s on the pricier side and for me the only criticism is the mattress which is too hard (however this is personal preference).

Absolutely stunning property. Deserves far better than the 5 stars. The food was spectacular, I'm still dreaming about it. As a gluten free person, it was such a delight to have a menu I could order anything from. My husband who isn't gluten free loved it as well. We are both meat eaters, but didn't miss animal proteins at all. The people were so nice, our yoga instructor was great. Only issue was we wish we had stayed longer.

This retreat is just too overall beautiful to put into words. So I shall only try. Absolutely everything is perfect. First of all everyone has a smile and wants to make you feel welcome - wherever you go, restaurant, Yoga, reception, spa, room service; everyone has a smile, kind words and knowledge. The room with hillside view and plunge pool was a generous size, spotlessly clean. The architecture overall is inspirational. The setting on the river stunning with lovely grounds well tended to. The vegan food beautiful presented and really yummy (you talk to a real carnivore here). The massage with flowerbath the best I had. The pool has good size and right above the river. The floating breakfast a real experience. Afternoon tea a delight. River picnic so cute. I'm bound to have forgotten something but I will be back to help me remember . The relaxation I took with me is absolutely priceless. Thank you all so much.
