The staff are beautiful and thoughtful. The grounds are small and pretty. The room was not clean, the toilet seat was broken and the TV doesn’t work, even after the Manager saying he will get it fixed (three days ago) Good for a low budget, somewhere just to sleep

Music blasting everywhere which if we’d have known it was next door to this hotel we wouldn’t have booked it, really loud deafening music. Aside from that the hotel is in a lovely location just wouldn’t have booked if we’d have known we’d never get any sleep

GREAT location, nice, friendly people... perfect ! Restaurants just a few steps away.... Room was great, we were there a month... all good. Everyday we were served a nice breakfast with a smile. I would highly recommend this place.

I think people have been a little too harsh on the reviews these days. We stayed here for almost 5 days during our 3 week honeymoon and thought it was great. Good room service, fresh food, friendly staff, clean rooms. Like many tropics, the air conditioning was fine. My main concern is the quiet street and location, if some other customers are trying to grab unwashed towels then that's fine. Try here and enjoy the simplicity and charm of Bali!
