The price was so cheap that I was a little worried, but the room was clean and the staff were friendly and there were no problems at all. There was a pool and a restaurant bar in the hotel, and there were also nice restaurants within walking distance, and a convenience store about 5 minutes away. It was enough for sightseeing and just a place to sleep.

Остановились в отеле на два дня (прилетели ночью) до отеля ехали минут 25-30. Сервис и сотрудники отличные, все гостеприимные, сразу по обращению выполняли просьбы! Особая благодарность секьюрити, он и сумки наши нес и до номера проводил, по моей просьбе нашел кабель для айкоса, всегда помогал с такси и провожал нас он.
Номера уставшие, в санузлах все ржавеет. Постельное белье с пятнами, полотенца а первую ночь были уже затертые-старые.
Шведский стол хороший: и азиатская кухня и европейская, много разных фруктов и десертов.
Бассейн работает до 9 вечера, но на его территории находиться можно и после (но не купаться). Расположение отличное, рядом пляж, магазины, кафе, рестораны, клубы. Но район туристический, очень много австралийцев и всегда вечерами играет громко музыка с соседних заведений. Наш номер был с видом на улицу с заведениями, ночью все очень сильно слышно.
В целом, если остановиться на 1/2 дня, то ок) более мы планировали там быть.

Staff are outstanding. Good communication from the staff directly or online. Breakfast menu are 5 star. Unfortunately, the room is 0/5. The room smells like mould. The Aircond buzzing and rattling like it’s about to explode. The bathroom….oh where do I start. The shower drain, was blocked. The floor and the wall are unhygienic, obvious visible mould everywhere. The mirror is like from the horror movies. The tap water splashing everywhere if you don’t open it super suppppperrr gently. The toilet flush button is broken. Hot water is not hot at all. The towels are yellow which I believe supposed to be white. The kettle is not working. The interior wallpapers peeled off. The room is right next to the pub so no sound proofing window or wall. Music blaring pass midnight. It’s such ashamed as it was completely different from the picture on website. Not going back here again.

We had great time with helpful staff and wonderful service. Nothing adverse observed and overall experience was good. The pool is the highlight with nature vibes.
