The service is particularly good. The staff will help you prepare the seafood you buy. The environment is also very good, with complete supporting facilities, very friendly prices, and a variety of breakfast options. You can go there with your eyes closed!

The hair dryer was not found, the TV was too small, the bathroom was not closed enough, the sound insulation needed to be improved, everything else was OK

After so many years we returned to The Ahimsa Jimbaran Bay, WOW! It has been totally transformed with a renovation that has updated these villas to a calm tonal paradise, and so close to the beach and restaurants. We only booked 3 nights but wished we stayed longer, September we will stay the full 10 days. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast tops it all for a perfect getaway, thank you to all the staff. ❤️ See you all in a few months.🙏

I booked and prepaid for a Villa for a friend and received a confirmation for my booking. When my friend arrived at check-in, the entire place was under renovation. There was no one around. We were unable to get in touch with the property through the phone (disconnected), email, WhatsApp (no business), etc. Very disappointed.

We tried to contact this property for 3 months every 2 weeks before our reservation. Not only us but our agent *********** failed to get any response to phone calls, emails and inapp messaging. We have travelled to Bali 8 times in the last 10 years and this is by far the worst service we have ever encountered. Suggest you go elsewhere I'm afraid
