I was impressed by a young male staff member who took the initiative to ask if I needed help as I passed by the restaurant on my way to my room. He took responsibility and escorted me there. When we found that my room key didn't work, he promptly arranged for an engineer to fix it. As a representative of the hotel, he embodied the image of hospitality, not just within the restaurant. While the facilities were not very new, they were kept clean. The staff are really lovely and always give me a top quality room with a balcony facing the pool. It must be said that I am a regular at this hotel. However, this time I was really disappointed by the quality of the dish I ordered. I should have refused to eat it after tasting it because the pasta was almost undercooked and the portion was barely acceptable for a toddler of 2 or 3 years old. I also had a strawberry drink. All for 148,000 RP. I ate better and it was much more filling and delicious at a friend's place in Lovina for only 27,000 RP. I will never eat at this hotel again.

Overall this hotel is very comfortable. All the staff are very nice and helpful. Husband made a surprise deco in the room, the room was ready and ready to open the aircond when he arrived. We stayed for 5 nights here. All requests are fulfilled. On the 3rd day I got "bali belly" and foot cramps. The staff at the restaurant are very kind to help prepare ice for free for poultices on sore feet. Security is also good to share the appropriate drug information. The staff always greets and scolds us. All food is halal. Will come again when in Bali again!

This hotel was perfect. Even though it’s not 5 star it was very nice, clean, AMAZING breakfast, and staff is so friendly and helpful to even give recommendations! I would go back there. They have a small gym which is nice and you can get a massage. Location is a little far from the beach town area but still only 20 minutes walk or you can rent a bike.
