It takes two hours to get to the airport without traffic jams. There are not many attractions nearby. Because I didn’t realize it was so far away when I arrived, and there are no traffic jams in Bali, I had to give up checking in in the end; it may be more suitable for meetings and has been to Bali many times. Mainly going there Surf people. If you are going to an attraction or going to the airport the next day, it is highly not recommended to stay in this hotel!

Puri Dajuma is just amazing. Quiet and peaceful in the West Bali. All staffs are very nice and helpful. And most of them have been with the hotel ever since it first started over 20 years ago. I appreciate that the hotel is applying the ESG policy to care for the locals and environment. Best for tourists looking for a real authentic experience in Bali and to surf in Medewi.

Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang, der zusätzlich mit einem Upgrade garniert wurde. Die Suite ließ unseren Atem stocken. Einrichtung und Deko so liebevoll aufeinander abgestimmt. Hier möchte man bleiben. Der vom Hotel organisierte Ausflug, zu einem Reisbauern mit Zwischenstopp an einer Grundschule, war sehr informativ , kurzweilig und hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Frühstücke a la carte war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Das hoteleigenen Restaurant , welches traditionell balinesische Küche, als auch europäische Gerichte anbot. Das traditionelle Essen war ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Die gesamte Anlage, sowie beide Pools, sind sehr gepflegt. Der perfekte Gesamteindruck, wurde durch das stets freundliche, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Personal abgerundet. Noch nie viel uns der Abschied so schwer.

What a wonderful find. An oasis on what was a busier island than we expected. We had a beautiful poolside villa and our whole stay was exceptional. The grounds are just stunning; the staff, without exception, were warm, friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. We loved the food which covered several genres, and the oceanside extension to the dining area was quite magical, especially for breakfast. We also enjoyed the special romantic dinner which was beautifully done. In all a dreamy getaway which I would highly recommend. Note that due to traffic it is around 2.5/3hrs from the airport, but well worth it, getting away from the busier end of the island. We did visit Ubud for the day which was very doable.

The Puri Dajuma is set in a wonderful garden and is located in the southwest of Bali, off the beaten tourist track. Wonderfully friendly staff, pretty, very well-equipped cottages and delicious food contribute to a relaxing holiday. The small but fine hotel even offers free entertainment (e.g. music, yoga), which is another way the Dajuma stands out from other hotels. You can take lovely, long walks on the beach. The beaches are particularly suitable for surfers, but swimmers have to be very careful due to the high waves. The Puri Dajuma is the perfect hotel for guests who are looking for peace and quiet and a beautiful environment, away from party Bali.

Fantastic! We slept in villa Shanti A. A beautiful bungalow with an even more beautiful outdoor bathroom. Lovely bed. Good air conditioning. Fast WiFi. Swimming pool great. Service very friendly. You can lie on the beach, but I didn't see anyone doing that. On the sunbeds. Highly recommended

A really beautiful complex in the west of Bali, right by the sea. The bungalows are beautifully furnished, there is an outdoor bathroom, even with a bathtub and beautiful plants. The complex is lovingly maintained, the whole team is very warm and helpful. Super good yoga class in the morning with a view of the sea. The massages are also highly recommended. Excursions with your own driver can be booked directly on site. The kitchen is amazing, everything was freshly prepared. We were able to enjoy the typical Balinese cuisine, with a view of the sea.
