If visiting the hot water pools coming from the volcano is very pleasant, even if a good number of pools have been added for adults and children, the big drawback remains the billions of flies which attack you from everywhere, even in your plate, if unfortunately you eat there. Moreover, your plates are served to you covered in plastic film! Lots of people besides!

The 2/5 is because the only highlight is the hot spring itself with the view. I’m not sure if it is a natural spring as there are different swimming pools with different heated levels and I always thought hot springs would be hot areas of water but I could be wrong. You can’t eat the food as you get swarmed by flies immediately and it’s very unpleasant. This is not an understatement. The food is not great but fairly inexpensive. Also at 300K per person it’s expensive for what you get. I do not recommend.

1 star as we enjoyed the hot springs with my family, the kids really love it but the rest is just total disappointment, so many flies and the cleanliness is really below the standard. My honest review this place is only great to enjoy the hot springs.

Our tour guide Budy Budy took us to the place. It was a great place for family. I have my mom and 2 boys in which one is 20mth old. We all had great time. Me and my husband were so relaxed in that place and enjoyed drink with view . Would recommend every one . Just a suggestion to have baby changing room in Toya would be cream on top for moms n dads ☺️

Amazing place a definite must do despite a 3hr journey from Kuta! Yes 3hrs of driving mainly due to traffic, the scenery on the way to this place was amazing. We only went for the day but you can stay here at the resort, The pools were fantastic, warm and soothing. The food was exceptionally good so you can get a good feed if hungry, they also have legal Arak (personally yuk) Located between 2 volcanoes which create their own atmosphere up there, the views were breathtakingly beautiful. They have a few pools, one of which they call the Love Cave, the temperature in the water was higher than the one around near the bar area.

An Absolute filthy place that took almost 3hrs to get too, cost me $90, as my 6 year old daughter was classified as an adult. The place is filthy, full of flies and run down beyond anyone's expectations. Our driver recommended it, so didn't bother looking it up...Don't waste your time or money...we walked in and were out of the filthy facility within 30minutes!

Very nice private pool (heated), also with two complimentary spa tickets. Mr Komang consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Mr Komang's friendly and helpful demeanour was evident from the moment we arrived. He always greeted us with a warm smile and promptly addressed any problems or questions we had with our room. He also went out of his way to provide various forms of assistance, including personally finding us at the hot springs just to offer us a welcome drink. Mr Komang's exceptional service and attention to detail really made a positive difference to our stay. We felt well looked after and appreciated his dedication to our comfort and satisfaction.
