The property needs a bit of a renovation. The staff were very friendly and the property was clean. Breakfast and coffee were outstanding.

For the first time in Bali this was an awesome place. Touch on the older side but still wonderful. Wifi is really good pool is clean and warm. You can hear town noise outside but units are quiet inside. Staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Close to everything and taxis/gojek past the door very frequently. We will be returning next year.

Excellent location. Disappointed in our experience staying at AQ-VA. We arrived late in the evening following a flight delay, we were put in a room behind the lobby despite paying for a deluxe pool access room. Two staff members told us this was in fact a pool access room despite being no where near the pool. We spent one night in this room, this was very run down and not very clean. The bathroom was filled with ants. Shower had very limited hot water. We were thankfully moved to a new room, which was newly renovated (still not pool access despite booking this). This room was much more fresh and clean and spacious. Again the shower was not very good. Would start off extremely hot (was no cold water) and then would be cold within two minutes so was very hard to have a comfortable shower. We had staff members come twice to look at this, one said nothing was wrong. One was confused and said it had been fixed (was not fixed). Air conditioning stopped working and we had to follow up with staff on two occasions to have this looked at. Was many other little things that made this stay very disappointing. I have been to Bali many times and will not be staying here again

I love staying at aqva hotel &villas It feel like a second home and so comfortable. It’s so quiet and can sleep so well there. Its great location walking distance to everywhere you need to go. Staff are So friendly and always willing to help when you need it . Will definitely be back to stay again and again.

Liked this hotel because i was in room 102 which is down the back away from the street and reception area. Great shower and air con. Bed was very comfortable. The only drawback for me is the location and the pools, they did not get sun so no sunbathing or swimming. Did not have breakfast so cant comment. All the staff are lovely and friendly.
