The room is quite big, there is no cold glass, the towels are dark in color, there is no hot water, they don't clean it, they say, wait for us to check out

A very cute family run hotel tucked away from the hustle! It was only a 25 min walk to the Beachwalk mall and minutes from the waterbomb waterpark. The pool is clean and very nice, it’s super quiet and a lovely place to relax. Would stay again, 10/10

We came to Kuta for a couple of days and this place was really convenient. We have known this place for 11 years and the owner is a really nice guy, definitely will be back again and very recommended to stay while visiting Kuta areas. The staff is always willing to help and 24 hours service.

Deluxe room was definitely great value…. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, a/c, fridge and wifi all worked well. Sheets and towels were clean, the room also had a kettle. Shops and beach are all within a 10-15 min walk. The staff were kind & helpful. I will definitely stay here again & will recommend to friends!

the pool is nice. But if kids get up to use it at 7am you will definitely hear them. The rooms are very run down and not very clean. My room had no toilet paper and the towels/ sheets and pillows were stained. The bidea also had better water pressure than the shower which Was literally impossible to shower with. The location is not bad and easy to walk around

I stay with my friend for a night there and it was not really good, the staff is friendly but the property’s disappointed most of the maintenance doesn’t work especially the bath room is dirty and smelly and saldo the rooms , need to take care for the pool cause it’s cover by the fungus and dirty old leaf
