Great place, excellent rooms and the most friendly staff you can imagine. Stays there for 13 nights and everything was SUPER GREAT. Good and different choices for the free breakfast in the morning. Also great food for lunch and dinner. If we wanted we could have stayed on the resort for the whole time. The room were clean and everything worked. Good pressure on the water also. Very happy with the stay and especially the staff.

Hotel without any authenticity, modern. Nice garden but there is nothing Indonesian in it. However, it is quiet and clean. Except for diving, and even then, that is of no interest. The beach is made up of large stones which threaten to seriously sprain our ankles with every step. Hearty, good meals. For diving, prefer the warung on Amed, where the corals are much more present as well as the fish, and there is much more authenticity on Amed. Here in the evening, there is nothing. Be careful, if you pay with Visa, they take 10% more, like that, on top of your bank charges. And the boss reserves the biggest table, and the most beautiful, and you are there to pay. Not exactly friendly. The bathroom is not cleaned daily, no toothbrush change for example. To summarize, there are plenty of places elsewhere for diving, for the setting and for friendliness. So-so. We feel like we're in France. That's not the purpose of my trip.

Very quiet hotel and good food. The only restaurant that makes homemade ice cream in Tulamben. The boss is very accommodating and responded very quickly to my messages to facilitate payment.

We had a lovely time at this resort. The AC worked great! The patio was a nice quiet place to admire the view of Mt Agung and listen and watch the birds. The bed was comfortable and the outdoor shower was nice too. Dining for most of our meals was at the two restaurants that are owed by the same person (Ricardo) as the resort and we enjoyed it all. The dive shop was also at the resort. Kobang was a good dive guide and the USAT wreck/artificial reef was our favorite dive site. The resort is a great place to admire the beautiful gardens, get a good night's sleep, and swim in the infinity pool. It's a great bang for your buck! Communications with Ricardo were answered promptly and he arranged for our transfer to/from the DPS airport as well as an all day driver to see some of the sights on Bali.

I stayed here for five nights. Ric, who owns the accommodation, is a great guy. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the service from the girls is friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, Corona has left its mark on this accommodation. Most of the loungers by the pool were broken. The pool is cleaned daily. However, the top 5cm of the edge also need to be cleaned. Unfortunately, when I arrived, my duvet was dirty and the towels in the bathroom were not in good condition. My room was cleaned daily. According to this, my room and bathroom were simply not cleaned properly. My three stars go to Ric, the service and the great food.

My girlfriend completed the OWD and everything went perfectly. I did a few fun dives myself and everything was GREAT. Here the customer is king and everything is tailored to their wishes. The guides impressed us and were very reliable and we felt safe at all times. The rooms were great, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. The price-performance ratio was also great. The food in the resort's own restaurant was great.

They helped arrange a shockingly cheap taxi ride from the Denpasar Airport (USD $45, 3 hours away). Good diving, friendly dive master, and good accommodations. There were other divers while we were there, but we ended up doing 5 local dives with just the divemaster. The USAT Liberty at sunrise was definitely worth getting up early for. The rental equipment is definitely showing its age (BCs, regs, tanks with very slow leaks sticky valves, etc) but nothing seemed unsafe. The restaurant has a limited menu, but the dishes hold up well against those of much fancier Indonesian resorts. Best soto ayam we had.

I love how the resort is just next to the dive center. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. From the dive guide, to the WhatsApp correspondence and the big spacious room. True that it is a walk to the shore dives, but they transport the diving equipment and tanks over on motorbikes so it's quite a breeze to walk. Earnest dive guide Kanci is very knowledgeable and earnest. Always quick to show me interesting finds and helped to take videos of me finning or with marine life. Lastly, the food is delicious. Love that they offer free breakfast.
