The room was not clean, so I had to move to another room in the middle. Overall facilities are not bad for the price. However, it is quite far from the center of Ubud, so it is not convenient to move around.

Stayed 3 nights in family suite! Fantastic place with great ambience! All the Staff's customer service skills were exceptional! Breakfast was beyond 5 star! Love Morning Glory set!! Major Love for bedtime stories given every evening. Such personal touch. Awesome spa treatment! However, quite a walk to ubud centre, about 20 mins with young kids. Kindly take grab or gojek to town, too much traffic to walk with kids.

The hotel looked good… lush green inside. We were a family with 2 young kids. The location of the hotel is not great for families with kids. It’s on a hill and it’s really difficult to get out and walk to the centre. You definitely need a car. If you would like to stay within walkable distance to ubud centre… don’t choose this. Also the hotel has minor service issues.. they gave one bottle of water per day for a family of 4… bathroom lock wasn’t working.. AC wasn’t good. Very weird but irritating issues for what it cost us per night.

Ademas, hay una piscina fantastica, masajes a buen precio y gran calidad , y el restaurante tambien merece la pena, y la reserva incluye el desayuno, con variedad de opciones (granola casera muy rica). La relación calidad/precio merece verdaderamente la pena. El personal ha sido excepcionalmente amable con nosotros, y gracias a Olieq y su equipo pudimos recuperar unos vienes de valor que nos dejamos olvidados, mis mejores deseos para ellos y este hotel, muchas gracias por una experiencia fantastica!! My opinion of this hotel can't be better, it has become my reference hotel for my trips to Bali, and I will recommend it to everyone. The room was spacious, very nice decorated, clean, and they take care of every detail. In addition, there is a fantastic pool and garden, great and good price massages, and the restaurant has also very good quality, and the booking includes the breakfast, with many options (incredible homemade granola). The quality/price ratio is truly worth it. The staff has been exceptionally kind with us, and thanks to Olieq & team we were able to recover some valuable staff we left forgotten in the room. My best wishes for them and this hotel, thank you very much for a fantastic experience!

수페리어 룸은 좀 실망스러워서 다음날 디럭스로 방을 옮겼습니다. 조금 더 지불했지만 결과는 대만족!! 발코니를 통해 보는 정원도 너무 아름다웠고, 수납공간도 충분해서 좋았습니다. 특히 이틀 연속 스파에 갔는데 투숙객은 할인 혜택도 있었고, 새소리+닭소리 들으며 훌륭한 마시지를 받았습니다! :)

I loved this place! Not right in the main hustle of Ubud but about a 5-10 min walk. Quiet, beautiful rooms and a lovely pool. Did a cooking class right at the hotel, which was amazing. I loved the nightly 'bedtime' story that was put on the pillow with turndown serivce. Unbeatable staff- everyone was incredibly helpful and nice. Went on my first scooter ride with Iyu, who also gave a fantastic massage. I will definitely stay here again!

Ok stay, not great value. Breakfast was ok, pool was a nice size but a bit murky. The bathroom was slippy and there was damage to the wall so felt like you might be seen. Location was good for alchemy yoga and the Lair bar, but it was about 20/30 min walk to the centre. We actually stayed an extra night in central Ubud somewhere else for half the price and much preferred it.

We had a fantastic stay here for 4 nights, we had booked a family suite which was unavailable upon arrival, so we were put up in a duplux room for the first night, which was still beautiful but a a little inconvenient. The staff were incredibly attentive and were so thoughtful to decorate the family suite with balloons and such for my husband’s birthday, even singing to him with a birthday pancake in the morning! We loved the pool area and my 3 year old loved the shallow kids pool!!! It always had a peaceful vibe and the foliage was stunning, it felt like a tropical oasis! The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities were great!!! We used a hotel transfer and I Made was more than helpful, chatting away to our intrigued 8 year old. I would absolutely come back in a heartbeat! The spa was also beautiful, I received a complimentary massage and booked in for a longer massage at the end of our stay! Breakfast was good enough and a fab little coffee shop next door was ideal!
