(+) The location is good, the courtyard is very beautiful, family hotel, good strong internet and hot shower.
(-) The downsides were that the passage to the room is often blocked by scooters and the room has an unpleasant smell in the toilet, which spoiled the impression of the stay. Perhaps the rooms on the floors above the first are more comfortable.

The worst hotel in the world. Mobile phones cannot be charged, there is no converter, there is no air conditioning in the room, the weather is over 30 degrees, I cannot sleep at night, there are mosquitoes everywhere, and no mosquito repellent products are provided.

1. friendly owner and staff to handle your stay, here the Sugriwa Street is located at the corner from busy Hanoman street, so, you will have a quiet night ambient, good for rest.
2. easily accessible to Gojek (no need worry about taxi mafia at Sugriwa Street & walkable to nearby Hanoman bus stop (Trans Metro Dewata KN4 line) for going to Denpasar / Airport.
3. easily walkable nearby laundry shop (along Sugirwa road, opposite entrance) and convenience store Adi Jaya (thru back door side street shortcut).

I don’t know which end is wrong. When I arrived, the hotel said that they had not received the payment. Although they said they would contact Trip. But after waiting for almost half an hour, I had to contact customer service to solve the problem.
Later, I wanted to take a shower and found that there was no hot water. After the reaction, the other party looked at it and said that there was still gas. He asked me to wait a little longer or look at the faucet. Of course, it was useless, but the other party had no intention of dealing with it.
The whole check-in process felt like a waste of time. When I finally wanted to check out, the person asked me if I had paid. I felt bad.
I don’t know if the friendly person who received the hotel in the previous message is a relative or friend of the hotel. It’s true that the price is cheap, but you don’t need to treat it like a wallet.

Bathtub stained with something that looks like mold. Bright blue white bulbs make it feel like a hospital. Needs warm lighting for night time. AC barely cools unless you leave it on all the time which is not good for the environment or the electricity bill
