The floor was extremely slippery. Three of the six of us fell, and one of them even broke. The hotel had no feedback except that they were sorry. The sheets have been washed black and are still in use. The bath towel was not only dark but also had a big hole in it. After complaining, it was replaced with a non-broken one...

There is a middle school right next to it, so it is noisy in the morning and there are monkeys or something running around at night. It's more like shared accommodation than a villa, the bathroom layout is odd, and the floor is very slippery. Only the shared living room, shared kitchen and room are private spaces. It's good to go to hang out with other people, but it's very bad to go with lovers.

Improvements needed:
Dining room lights are very dim.
Speed of the shower in the bathroom on 2F is too slow.

4 bedroom bungalow. Absolutely outstanding. Great rooms, fantastic swimming pool and great staff. Highly recommended and would certainly return. Housekeeping excellent and fantastic restaurant 5 minute walk

Truly a great find. Our plane got delayed and had to find a place quickly. A short 20 min ride from the airport and we were met by the friendliest staff. We were upgraded to a huge three bed villa which is amazing. Such an unexpected great way to finish a holiday.

We booked a villa for two nights but we actually had a late flight the second revenging . So we don’t know if it was because of this but we were upgraded to a four bedroom upon arrival. I’ve genuinely never seen in anything like it our jaws nearly hit the floor. It was absolutely huge and stunning in every aspect. The Balinese are the nicest people I’ve came across anyway and it was no different here. The friendliness and service were second to none. I was given a WhatsApp prior to arrival and Oka went out of her way to see to any request. We had not only a floating breakfast but a floating lunch which were both amazing. When we return to Bali. We’ll be back for sure. We literally couldn’t fault a single thing. A massage on the day bed is a must. It was heaven.

Superb from start to finish. 4 bedroom Vila with huge pool, immaculately clean and tidy with great quality beds and linen. Nothing is too mush trouble for any of the staff who are all superb. Great complex over road with several good restaurants. Would definitely make an effort to come back here
